In other conversation K pointed out that when a man dies with a variety of images of themselves (fictitious self- egoic mind) the ego finds another body and continues with the same pattern, which explains present questioning of darkness. Sometimes he refers to as "there's nothing new under the sun" or "the same babylonian monkeys." Seems like we're already born with certain tendencies which need to be eradicated in this incarnation, which is the bases of K's lifetime work "To set a man unconditionally free" and great collaboration with David Bohm.

David Bohm pointed out in a different conversation, of two dogs fighting fiercely and after licking their wounds they walk by each other as if nothing happens, but it's not so with us. This goes beyond animal instincts when that center gets hurt and what it can do as a result. Compare to animals we're indeed great sufferers.
