One of the best things to come out of Wales. Benji is a force of nature and a really nice bloke to have a chat with. Always brings a party atmosphere be it a small venue or a large festival and Benji really knows how to get a crowd involved. Always leave with a grin on my face when they play

The screeching guitar techniques the guitarist uses frequently are: -In this Case a whammy Pedal that Lifts the played tone Up gliding to another. Another famous example of using this pedal are rage against the machine. - divebombs happen when you Pitch Shift (the whammy ist a Pitch shiftee) flageolets which are Kind of Played Overtones. You can Hear that in a Lot of heavy Metal Songs. 👌

Hells yeah. They rock and he is an awesome showman. He gets into some growls in some stuff. They've been around for a while. They are a bit more niche but got top billing at one of the smaller metal festivals which was surely a hella fun way to finish off the evening. Rat Race official has some growling not sue about live, but I'm about to find out heh.

The "high part" is guitar with an octave pedal that bends the pitch electronically 2 octaves. My favorite example of this in a song is Gojira - Stranded, an absolute banger by the way.

They call this "Ragga Metal". Check out the studio recording of this song. And yeah, that sound you hear is a guitar with a "whammy pedal".

I think and sorry if I am wrong but Benji is a first Gen Welsh/Jamaican, so parents are from Jamaican and moved to Wales, United Kingdom and had Benji here in the UK so he grew up over here meaning he can swap between a fairly standard UK accent to his origin accent/dialect of Patois.

@@sincityreacts6114 That and who the audience were there to see primarily. How early in the day it is at these festivals and many others can also dictate the size of the pits but no two bands are likely to see the same size circle pit at concerts
