I noticed you have one of those one-named Madonnas on your squadron (Angulo). I have been managing Dundee (I'm a Hearts fan) and I saw a man simply named JIMMY. I said that man has the only acceptable mononame, so I paid a few dollars for his services and he has been a pleasure to have around the pagoda for the past 18 months.
Shorter passing paired with higher tempo is a bad combo of instructions. Short passing goes with a slow methodical build up, higher tempo pairs well with counter attacks and mixed/direct passing. I also find using shorter passing with both play out from the back and work the ball into the box is a bit overkill. It really restricts players playing a more direct pass even when it could lead to a chance.

I get that the 'wheel' is there to make your content more unique Tom, to help it stand out amongst the ocean of other FM Rebuilders, but I'd actually like to see you just do one of these normally if I'm honest.

Mate taking a club like Chelsea and just using any standard tactics and ignoring data hub and using default training etc and anyone could win the EPL, UCL and all competitions in five or six seasons. FACT.
