I reckon you do the 115 charges for city and kick them out the prem and put them in a league of your choice and put them in the lowest division then do what you do best and rebuild them back up

When a release clause is paid for a player you dont want to lose, you can offte them a new contract and if its better than their other offer theyll usually stay at the club.
