In FA, you could have offer Maxey a deal and then refuse it 3 times during moratorium (keeping his cap hold) so you can sign other players during moratorium, and then sign him the 1st real day of FA after doing your thing ! That would have been realistic as the 76er attend to sign Maxey last with the birds

We’ll see if Daryl Morey is paying attention to the playoffs bc we need defense, we had like no defense on the team this year and length. I hope he isn’t to hard headed bc in his last press conference he said that even though the teams still in the playoffs are great TEAMS, that the team with more stars win more.
