Join the exploration as I dive deep into a MOC that my brother completely surprised me with! The Seabed Scavenger was a sleek, three-wheeled underwater machine that LEGO released in 2010. It was very well-designed and had great playability. Now, 14 years later, this set deserves a revamp. And my brother Karlen did an outstanding job! While staying true to the original shape and features, he took this submarine to the next level!

Really the fully functional clamp is completely crazy, especially the way the "technical" side works. I have to admit that seeing the big harpoons on the back of the cockpit made me want to see the equally "violent" side that Aqua raider had with gigantic weapons against underwater creatures, but this time in a revamp version xD

I absolutely love this kind of content, retro rebuilds. I love taking old sets from space police, alien, aquazone blacktron, galaxy squad to knexo knights and rebuilding them with modern design philosophies.

Atlantis was one of my favourite themes from LEGO, and my favourite was the Seabed Scavenger. It was also the first set from that wave and I still love it to this day. So seeing you rebuilding it with a brand new updated design makes it even more special and made me fall in love with it all over again. So thank you. Great job and I can’t wait to see what retro set you rebuild next.

In my opinion, what made peak Lego (2006-2011) so great was the design limitations. Recreations with to much detail, as seen with the recent castle sets, only raises the price.

If I were to make a suggestion, why don't you recreate the giant crab with similar functions as the regular playset but better like the one from the short film.
