I personally i like regular goobs design better, But im definetly bias. Scraps really has more personality tho! Reminds me of splatoon, and rodger is dapper as hell
i really like your idea of making glisten an antagonist :DD it always seemed weird to me that every toon supposedly gets along with each other in the show, i think making a couple of them in-universe villains is a cool ^^
I hope this isn’t too harsh but I love the series right now and your style but I feel like your redesigns sort of remove the original character’s story or personality such as Scraps having the bright colors and overall (you already did that to Poppy) which is nice, but sort of removes the “invention” aspect for a “painter” one, and the huge change in Goob sort of takes away what Scraps and Goob had in common (Hand shape, Beige colors). Your style also makes it hard to tell which colors are where sometimes, mainly in Glisten’s case where the yellow and whites sort of blend in together, although that could just be me. I recommend making it more contrasting. Obviously you don’t have to follow these, it’s my own opinion I just wanted to say this to see what you can come up with in the future! A lot of your ideas are great and I’m excited for what is next
I love what you did with roger they need to hire you for skins ( whenever they let us buy them of course. ) if you do britny you need to make them look like a Librarian because they talk about book alot.

Opinion on these redesigns pt. 3; *Goob* is DEFINITELY friend shaped! I would definitely give this one a hug! 10/10 *Scraps* looks SO SILLY OH MAH GAHHH feel like you could’ve made it so that the cup was painted but 9.5/10 because she cant match the silliness of her li’l bro ❤ *Razzle & Dazzle* bro just turned them into two-headed Gangle 3/10 *Rodger* I remember saying that the idea of him with a monocle was kinda funny but it actually makes him look good in this redesign! 9/10 *Toodles* looks even more like a child now!! 10/10 *Glisten* I know what you were going for, but it honestly looks more like he became Dandy’s right-hand-man rather than trying to be his replacement. A little more “uniqueness” in his design would make his concept more convincing. Plus, I really thought you would incorporate the microphone in his info poster into his design and concept, as well as his femboy vibes. 2/10
Goob: Is nice. Seriously, though, he looks like a plushie and I WOULD buy him. 9/10 Scraps: This design is great on its own, but It's basically just poppy again. The fact that we now have 2 artists and yet there's no characters who are implied to like sports or technology (vee IS technology and therefore doesn't count) Is kinda odd. This applies to Poppy moreso, as Scraps basically only fits as an artists and Poppy fits into whatever's unique. Rant aside, 7/10. Razzle&Dazzle: Too generic, and as other's have pointed out, very derivative of Gangle. 4/10, I see where you were trying to go here. Rodger: His original design just looks generically fancy, your redesign actually looks like a detective! 9/10! Toodles: It's good, I just have nothing to say about it really. 8/10 Glisten: I like where you were going with this, but it looks like he was aiming to be Dandy's assistant, not his replacement. Make him more unique to sell it. 5/10.

Ok, hear me out. What if Toodles balloon changes color depending on what effect her ability gives her. Like the extraction effect keeps her balloon purple, and stamina regeneration would make her balloon green (maybe it will make her float for a few seconds so her stamina can build up again)
I imagine the teagan redesign to be glistens parter in crime cause they seem similar also toodles’ dress and balloon should’ve been blue cause the inside of a magic 8 ball is blue
I kean glistens design is ok but his introductory card does say he does have his freinds back even though his ego gets big so i feel like he wouldnt be like an antagonist trying to ttake the spotlight from dandy.

For Rodger, you could’ve done Rodger using his trinket (magnifying glass). A magnifying glass looking into a magnifying glass! (also toodles should have her dog plush instead of balloon)
