That's an insult to meteorologists. Weathermen predict what's gonna happen based on models built on weather trends over decades, not their fault if reality deviates from said trends sometimes, and they still get it right most of times. Umpires make a decision on what they already saw with their own friggin eyes, and still get it wrong very often
Even the frame jobs are horrible! I mean they are not even smooth to even make it a believable strike smh. These catchers are straight yanking their gloves back 😂
Makes you wonder if Babe Ruth was really anything at all. Favorable pitches don't come from the pitcher. The platform gets its attention from stars that play not the game itself. So a story is told each season, your favorite character is up to something so tune in.
To be fair, yes - these are bad/questionable calls, but clearly all from different games. You can clearly see they are in different stadiums. Umpires make wrong calls. If your compilation is comprised of individual pitches from 150 different games, youre not really demonstrating some kind of wide spread problem.
Stop bickering about balls and strikes, umpires can make mistakes as far as hitters (even the best ones) also go after the wrong throws. I don't get why we expect a higher level of accuracy from the older guy watching from behind everyone, compared to the younger guy who's watching the pitch since it leaves the thrower's hand, and only gets it right less than 40% of times . If you guys want it perfect, you already know the solution: robo-umps
