Why is it that yall go and get all this plastic surgery then try to “train” other women in the gym when you got fake curves and you’re really just trying to maintain your surgical results
Cuz they are fake and want money. They don’t give a fk if it benefits others or it’s just lies. I’m telling you this world is nothing but games and lies.
Truth is many are thrilled with their surgery. Honestly I have watched 60 bbl videos.This video is nearly opposite. She is right however 2 b h.it doesn’t look right. Did she say second round,and it was to make bigger.. color me confused.
A few years ago, I scheduled a BBL because I had a very athletic build and I wanted a more curvy figure. I wasn’t shaped like a box, but I definitely wanted to fill in my hips . I had to gain 15 pounds in order for me to even qualify. Long story short when I got to the doctors office, he rejected me at the door. He told me if he put fat in my ass if I ever gain weight, I would look extremely wide and since I had a lot of muscle, it would look exaggerated. Didn’t go through with it, which till this day is probably the best decision I ever made because I did end up getting 360 Lipo which accentuated my figure but when I gained weight, it still went to my ass because it’s gotta go somewhere. I say this to say that it doesn’t matter if you didn’t have a Bbl or not any procedure where they take fat out your body, your body will find a way to distribute it somehow. I still have to work out. I still have to watch what I eat. I switched over to low intensity, training and Pilates because I found weight training was giving me a very bulky figure. I would encourage you to try some low intensity workouts, which can give you a leaner figure while still maintaining muscle .
Wow. I see what you mean. I was thinking about a skinny BBL but I’m just working out more at the gym. I’ve seen the attention that BBL’s get and that’s not the type of attention I want. I’m in bathing suits so I see how that wouldn’t work for me now. I’m praying that whatever you do works for you!🙏🏽
What do u mean ur in bathing suits? Lol. But what i have to say about it, is im working out too. & i deff am seeing the retults. Its a SLOWWWW ass process. But isnt a BBL also?!? U have to wear the faha thingy for 9 plus months straight, to bed even. & u have to get painful massages. Then 90% of girls need the surgery more than once. Even up to 4 times.. thats a lot of money & time & pain!! Yes, so is working out. But its a good, healthy pain!! I recommend working out, lifting heavy, giving it a good 2-3 years...& then getting tweaks, like a b0ob job, lipo here & there, & even butt injections are good to round ur hip dips out a lil & give ur a butt one size bigger.
Kim and Khloe Kardashian are prime examples of what you are saying about how disproportionate their bbls were to their bodies. They looked bizarre. It’s obvious they removed some of it now. All these surgeries are insane. Embrace you god given looks. Just take care of yourselves in everyday and stop trying to look like other people. Good for you speaking about this so candidly.
In addition, the worse is self proclaimed fitness influencers selling exercise booty programs, coaching, meals plans example, saying there body is the result your can achieve when in end they have bbls and so many other surgical alterations. So misleading and a down right life. It’s like the Kylie jenner back in the day lying about her duck lip filler and said it was achieved by make up. Insane
I got my bbl in 2019. I loved my body at first.I feel apart of a circus because my ass is so huge. My legs and arms are so small. My ass is outrageous. I needed this. I don’t know anyone with a bbl that has this problem. I can’t fix it, so I’m trying to make this work the best I can. I needed this please talk abt this more.

I listening to you and thinking.. there are worst mistakes.. like what I did… I did the sleeve surgery and I lost weight fast and wasnt being healthy with my eating because it was hard to keep up with eating and now all of my skin is sagging and Im young. So I hope that makes you see the bright side.. at least you still look good ❤

I’ve had a naturally large butt and breast since tween yrs. I had a breast reduction. I agree having something large and heavy weighing you down is such an odd and weird thing to navigate.
I’m quite insecure with my very small backside I think probably because of genetics. I just put on paddings. Been wearing for many years now because I’m literally broke. 😭 And even if I can afford, I wouldn’t be able to stand the pain.
I lost over 100lbs and I need a tummy tuck because my stomach is not tightening. Just like my arms. But my stomach is staggy so I have to wear a girdle everyday. But I rather have my stomach how it is than have fat filling it up. Im going to try to tighten my arms.
from your bed, talking, you look closer to 145lbs. you hold your weight very well. I guess what I dont' understand is how such a good looking person would feel the need to add such a thing to your body. But I don't think that's talking poorly towards you.
My dear l definitely knows what u'r are going through because am also experiencing it My surgeon put fat in where I did not ask for Instead of fixing my hip dips he put fat on my hips and now my hips don't match my legs and now I have to go back to the table for him to remove it. Even though revision is free l still have to pay for hospital and hotel costs. I already have butt all l need was to fix my hip dips. But I have end up with hips that don't match my legs.
I see people paying $25k to have it reversed. It may be cheaper some places. I feel bad for the girls who got one and hate it now. Hopefully they can get it reduced if they don’t like it. I personally would never get a BBL but I think if you can get some of the fat taken out or most of it that would help.

Gym. HARDDDDDD !!!! I use to weight 89 pounds & I’m 117 now, aiming for 130. When I first started to gain I shit you not, I would cry & eat bc I was already so full but I trained my stomach to get more full and now I eat 6 tacos in a row 😩 it took me 3 years. & I LOVE MY BODY 🥹🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽
@@lifeasjazmin My daughter did the same ! She was about the same weight starting out and got full so quick that she had to push through and got up to 125 hitting the gym strength training daily and got the body she wanted. Hard work but so worth it.

This will change again. I remember in the 90's we all made fun of huge asses, we always said office butt, because they would just sit at at desk all day and do nothing. It was about small butts. If you had a huge ass it was because you were unfit and didn't exercise. Its all a fad and we can thank the awful Kartrashians for this. I'm glad you're safe.
I dont know why people are so angry with hip dips! 😂 They are natural and they arent even ugly just stand with your ass out a little and boom they are gone! I want to do what you are doing, the glute?butt workouts. Do you have an glute workout isolation video which shows how to target specific areas of the glutes/butt/thighs? This is the deal, I don't want bigger thighs and that seems to happen with trying to build up the butt. So, I am asking in case you have a really tried and true isolation exercise just for the butt. I was certified by ace long before my surgeries and I lost a lot of weight doing home workouts . I always went to the gym on and off . I recertified again in 2022 and will renew soon . Now I have been consistent for almost two years this year.

Yes aome girl had no idea, or did not reaearch or got aomething too big to the ratio ofntheir body,, their butt was in one height at the beginning of surgery and now looks like it dropped 4 inches out of place or they are dragging it around. Makes them uncomfortable and other around them, because they don't want to be look at or think all talk about their booties. I juat feel sorry for those girls.. they messed up their bodies for life.

Sorry you had a horrible doctor! Just becomes they doit and have a medical license does not make them good. I travel with people that get this done and many are looking to fix issues regarles where you go. Florida is not a good place for much of that
Why not just go the workouts that cause people to loose their butts naturally…such as running too much? That way you can loose some of the fat from that area and still be toned

I feel the same girl. I worked out for YEARS and I still had hip dips. I had grew my butt naturally, but when I lost weight it all disappeared. I got the BBL and my doctor missed a spot on my stomach and my hips are uneven, so NOW I have to go back for another round to get all these corrections. I literally "have to" and now I wish I would of never touched my body to begin with! SMH

My butt is naturally big and people think it’s a bbl or ass shots it’s very embarrassing having a big butt. I love my shape but I do try to hide it when I can.

Same here. I got so much flack for this butt in my teens and twenties in the 90s when butts were not in that I cant get into the whole bbl obssession era. We will eventually be back in the nineties and it will be "out" again...smh

I did a ‘skinny bbl’, thin lean athletic build here. Did only 100cc to fill hip dip, I wanted fat cells there which I didn’t have. But yes I agree with the bbl incision marks. I have that and due to being thin no one assumes I had a bbl or anything done! 💀… use scar cream. Don’t expose those incisions to the sun. Xoxo
My sister in law did what your planning. Growing the legs to match the big butt implants and now she has hulk looking legs. So he upper body is thin and the lower body is bulky.
What you are describing with jiggling, settling, attention is what my body and the attention I receive. I was born naturally with what people purchase money for. I am sorry that you are going through this… I feel like more research should be had about bbls. I feel like our bodies are made to withstand itself but when we add fat to areas this maybe the results. I hope you get help to fix the imperfection. ❤

Culturally bbl results are generally geared to specific inflection points. See bbl results preferred by ethnic group preferences. My fear is getting the regrettable results you are experiencing. Forget training me thinks maybe) cold sculpting,J plasma lipo or modifying your hormonal system or hysterectomy. Medical science is always i,proving.
No, it's because they can't wipe well. Trust me. It's hard to even find the butthole when the butt is soooo big. There's no way they are getting it clean with just wiping.. 😢
