I think that 9 should be Golf Ball. They both are practically the same color, and they both have pretty similar personalities. Golf ball likes to be the leader, but people aren’t the most fond of that, and he even has the nickname Bozo Brain Bossy Butt. Meanwhile 9 likes to have attention, but people don’t like him too much.

honestly lightning for 9 is the best fit because the 2 of them have the same sunglasses, they both like to relax and be chill and they both can have a temper when they are angry

Maybe lightning could be nine? I think that it makes sense because of TPOT 5 when he wore the glasses, and I think the personality makes sense, but I'm not so sure about the color(s).

I would say clock would be good for nine because they both get pretty mad only sometimes and they're also really competitive at times (before you ask me about Snowball, his personality is basically mad and 9 is happy aswell)
