Were led to believe there are superpowers that cant be defeated but before they were discovered they were just passionate kids who only wanted to do one thing. There are many extremely talented unknown people with immense capability. Someone made a bunch of maps like this on minecraft. From different video games for no reason to scale and all. What a joy that we get to behold their talent. Some people just have a gift and an urge to scratch that itch daily.
i saw a cutscene and a charackter walking down a street ... he didnt pick up a gun, drove a car, interact with anything ... just walking ... yeah ... he definetly made a better job then a multi million dollar company ... why do these company even exist then? its like the wagegap nonsense ... if there would be a difference in payment between men and women with equal work... every company would only hire women and expand their profit margin by 25% overnight... why is nobody doing it? because the wagegap is BULLSHIT! It feels like you guys have a specific set of principals to THINK and are unable to deviate from that. everytime, no matter what topic. its like mindcontrol.
@@locomotive1213 the worst thing is there was a time where developers would extract the most with their talent such as San Andreas, NFS Most Wanted etc. Years passed and I expected to see even better games, but the issue isn't the issue is not necessarily the developers but the executives in these companies: maximizing profit with limited investment (that investment being innovation).
Brilliant video mate, one thing that did stand out was the vehicles when turning (they turned from the middle instead of the rear axle) one way to easily fix it is to add in a transparent cube floating behind the asset (within the same file ofc) that will then force the car forward, a little fine tuning and the centre point will end up at the rear axle making the turning look that little bit better

@Mr Grey You are correct but it will improve time by time but as you know the old scars will never go so people will always tease it as buggest game of all time i am preety sure that the cyperpunk team will make cyperpunk less buggy in an year or two.
Yes, i'm aware Vice City was mo capped, but GTA San Andreas wasn't. Look at fan made SFM animations. They're smooth despite being hand made which proves that you don't need mocap to have smooth animations. motion capture is expensive, and for the time with the ps2's limitations, it didn't make sense to waste money like that, especially after Vice City's mocap proved unprofitable as other games pulled just as good, if not better hand made animations.
I'm literally here because IGN announced that there was trilogy of GTA 3, Vice City & San Andreas are being remastered with the Unreal Engine. Great work lol. They must've heard you & all of us.

just replayed the whole game not too long ago and it is still a decent game with great story I was reminded of why I loved that game back in the day it's an absolute master piece

The thing that people don't understand is that this guy just made good looking graphics with some animations in a modern tool, that's it. It doesn't have any gameplay mechanics, it's literally just modern looking graphics with a default walking script that comes with that engine. To implement better graphics in the ACTUAL game, starting from an engine made in 2004, requires a LOT of original code modifications (thousands of lines). That's without saying they probably had to rewrite most of the old engine's rendering system (how the engine tells the graphic's card to show the game on the screen). I also didn't mention the new shaders. It doesn't excuses how poorly they did it, but believe me, this is not as easy as to just get some free assets from a store and press Play as he did. Completely incomparable.

Yeah the graphics, its memories can't be replaced with none else. Even if there's a GTA with REAL LIFE GRAPHICS in a few years, i think GTA SA still the one and the only GTA i love so much. However the graphics would be, none can replace Mr. San Andreas.
Why would Rockstar remake San Andreas? They never remade a game before, why would they all of a sudden remake that? They're not Gamefreak. This isn't Pokemon.
We've had rumors like that since gta V dropped, people can't keep believing everything they hear because another "credible leaker" said they were making gta 6/gta trilogy remastered. Rockstar released trailers for other games like rdr and gta v long before the game actually released so why would they release the trilogy remastered in fall (Like the "credible leaker" said they would" without a trailer.

I had a bug in Las Venturas in a mission where a dude was jumping from the roof instantly so I couldn't even drive near him. Spent dozens of hours just rolling around the world in the end result.
Dude, finish the game so you can have some sort of a closure before you can't anymore. For me, a lot of time has already passed since the last time I've reached the end of the game and I doubt I'd be able to do it again since I've been losing interest and energy on gaming in general. It'll be a damn shame if you can't though because it has a great story imo. Who knows if you have the will and energy to finish it in the future... But that's just me though so don't take it too seriously.
Actually some one was making it in unreal engine 4.Almost it was complete ,the car modifications ,etc .I was following them closely. Imagine if Rockstar would team up with the entire G.T.A mod community and home developers and allow them to create a real remastered version of San Andreas as some kind of community project... I think you will get the best remake in the history of game remakes.. I think it would be mindblowing
Because its an asset flip. He just bought assets ans put them together. Its not that hard to do. And thats why the end result just screams asset flip to my face. Also the lighting is so poorly made it barely feels like California (San Andreas).
watching this just made me appreciate how good gta san andreas's cutscenes animations were, considering that game was made so far back and how much personality oozed through how the characters moved in cutscenes
It's mostly due to the absolute excellent dubbing. The voice actors compensate for a lot of the wonky physics and movements. Rockstar has some of the best voice actors in my opinion. My favorite character being Trevor from GTA 5. I laughed my ass off.
@@EbonyPope ah true true, I haven't plaued gta V outside of playing it at friends places but in San Andreas the parts in Last Vegas all had amazing voice acting
Great work right here! I would have prefered a more greenish/yellowish hue in the scenes to give that hot 90s summer vibe and had the shadows a bit darker. But great work!
Fun fact: GTA: San Andreas actually have a remastered version (more like an overhaul rather than an actual game) that was made by a studio called "War Drum studios" that was hired by Rockstar. But it got a bad reputation, because the game have so many bugs that make the game unplayable. Probably this game pulled away from the market
This is what I miss in today’s games and why I stopped playing newer games after Skyrim and fallout. Greed and no passion. This person proves the passion statement. Rockstar had a lot of passion when making these games it I was happy to spend my dollars/euro’s on those games. With today’s climate of programmer exploitation, greedy bosses, in app purchases, all money is flowing to the top, and good quality programmers aren’t given the space to do this. Even I would love to make a game. Seeing how easy it has become compared to 2 decades back, when I tried level designing in the unreal engine. Everything is so intuitive nowadays.
