Pretty sure it's more costly to open such a project, you will probably need lots of financial assistance for that to work or it will probably fail down, I saw many games shutdown because there was no support
I work in the industry as a 3D artist, and trust me... You do make games.. people believe that making games is only coding, music, animate with a couple clicks and boom! GOTY right there. Games, need environments, environments need props, ambient, renders, lightning, characters, animation and so much more. As a 3D artist in a big studio you dont even worry about colliders, characters controls, thats just not your area. That's someone elses job. Good job on your art and keep going! Remember, you make games.

The game’s development is nearing the end already lol. I don’t know if he will be able to do much other than polishing textures and assets for the game. Even then I’m sure rockstar can handle it
Why would they hire this guy? He is just rendering stuff, everything he does has zero interactivity. He doesn't even seem to know what level design means or how gameplay works, he's just making a pre-rendered scene that even a 15 year old could make. It's so cringe to see him comparing this stupid pre-rendered scenes to an actual game.

before anyone say something, that it looks better then the trailer, this is a render, you can't play it , and even if you can, it's just a small area, so he can put the grapichs as high as he wants, rockstar could do this, but the map is giant, and not a single pc would run it

The fact that you're just incredibly talented, but incredibly quick too is so crazy. I've been learning Blender for a little while now, I'd say it's been about a year where I've really been getting down to learning it, and it's been a wonderful time learning how to make 3D models from nothing. These are all offline renders, Rockstar doesn't really care about those things. You need to prove that you can create optimized real-time scenes on a budget for hardware that ALSO looks good. Or you can keep making RU-vid videos because it probably pays more lol.

The amount of detail and work you put into this video is admirable. Nice job recreating the buildings. Imagine having to create the interiors, different floors, and everything inside of it. Bro you've got serious talent. Why don't you start developing your own game. Maybe something unique that this gaming industry hasn't seen before. Build your leadership skills and a team to work with.
Because he probably don't know how to code and how to make game-engine optimized models. He can learn in no time maybe but I have never seen him doing it from here. He can imagine concepts and lead a team of his own if he has hit loads of money to hire people. And if all of that goes smoothly. One other solution is he can make a demo a banger trailer for his concept game and can monetize his team by Kickstarter donations.

I mean, realistically, this dude has a very good portfolio. I could honestly see him getting an internship or even being hired at Rockstar if he keeps this up.
Not really sure how good his skills are though. Like, the buildings are nice. But I'm fairly sure most of the environments are just assets bought/downloaded online and placed in the world. Then you have to consider how it would run in real time. Like, Rockstar unserstand how to create high quality models and add them all to the world, but can they run them all at 4k/120hz on a PS5? He's very talented but so are a lot of 3d modellers. Maybe I've just misunderstood or underestimated how much he's doing, but that's just how I see it.
@@FergusMacEwan he still has experience texturing and animating. He could definitely be one of the designers for the clothing, architecture, locations, etc.

This work is brilliant, for one guy, really. You are a virtuoso, but honestly.. no, i wouldnt be really hyped if it looked like it, animations failed, this work looks the best at single photos, but when it starts moving, then its alot of distortions, the walk, the way car starts - it tilted way too much. This kind of work is for much more time and people working on it, but still thank you very much for it - for one guy this is awesome!
