Great but you did not comply with the compulsory interior decoration guidelines of rental flats in Estonia which demand each wall to have a different very contrasting big flower pattern (ideally there should be always at least black, red, silver, gold and lime green included)

This video illustrates the dual headed snake of proper regulations. It's great that you are allowed to build in the way that you did, using what you used, doing it yourself in ways that worked out. But that lack of regulation is also exactly how the old floor was allowed to be placed on the dirt. From this American viewer it was both liberating to watch you just take care of the project and raised all my red flags regarding slum lord tactics.

also, the fact that there is a child sitting among construction materials is epic.

So interesting that you have log buildings as apartments where you are! In Sweden we make basically everything *but* apartments out of logs - timmer. Like cabins, old barns, new villas and so on. Very nicely improvised renovation! Shows what an under-utilized tool the phone is, to get all that material. How did it all turn out, would you have done something different in hindsight?
