Hi Nancy I think you should start using solar system for the Ac's and other heating system. And using a gas stove since you cook often. You will love it and you won't have to depend on electric power.
Hiya, I have both (gas and Electirc stoves and ovens). I use the gas most times. Our ACs are very low energy. Nigeria is hot enough, we don’t have heating systems here. It never gets cold.
