Grizz are my team and I loved this. They had such a good team the beginning part of the decade. Injuries kept them from playing in the finals I believe. In this simulation seeing DRose play a finals game in Memphis would have been so cool.
I got the inspiration from Dom2k 110% & downloaded all the mods and such because I saw that he was doing a Kobe challenge w/ a really good 2010 roster. But I honestly had no clue he was doing a 2010’s sim as well. I kinda just thought I‘d do it since I’m the sim guy now. But shoutout to Dom I dont really have time to watch many streams but I’ve been a fan of him since his early 3 kings of NY days.
Jennings was actually Curry before Curry for his style of play, but he ended up with Monta instead of Klay, Draymond and Bogut. Also Jennings got injured several times.
@@bigdave9188 yes he was a low quality version of Steph. But I remember that in NBA 2k10 and Nba2k11 (and also after that) Jennings became always a superstar, the potential was there.
THIS GAME is doing the Trailblazers dirty. Smh...XD The team was 3rd seed in the west 2 of the 3 years simulated so far but Brandon Roy is getting scrubbed off the ALL-NBA team for Jameer Nelson... Roy in real life was a 3 time All-star and 2-time ALL-NBA team player IN ONLY 5 SEASONS with PORTLAND. ROY was touted by everyone - Kobe (RIP LEGEND) included as the next best SG behind Kobe. Those 08'-11' Trailblazers were contenders. But as all thing go...the injuries to ODEN (PAUSE SCREEN JUST RIGHT AT 33:06 to see Odens stats- Greg had 13pts/20reb/1ast/1stl/4blk!!!! the very last game before he got injured in real life just days before 2010) and Roy's health in his knee cartilage worsening was forced to retire after the iconic first round real life matchup. Entailed kinda at 18:53 in the 2011 playoffs gets crazy XD. Complete opposite of what happened. Roy had his EPIC game 4 23-point comeback to tie the series 2-2 vs Dirk and the eventual champ Mavs. Roy, Wade, and Bryant (RIP) definitive top-3 SGs of the era.
Dude this video was straight fire! Keep up the good work and thanks for the effort you put into this. As an NBA history guy, I always wondered what the last decade would have been like if superstars like rose never got injured and FAs went to other teams.
I'm one of those crazy people who believes that Derrick Rose was actually better than LeBron before injury. Wish his career wasn't affected the way it was.
Young Buck I’m still hurt. and don’t forgot Jimmy Butler would’ve been a all Star during Lebron last year in Miami, then it would’ve been Rose/Butler vs Lebron/Irving
@@Mister_Balls well the first 10 minutes of Dom's stream is always like that, he lets people have time to get in the chat before starting the sim. So he talks to his chat and thanks them in that time, people like streams because you can interact with the content Creator they like. Also he is gonna make it a video after he's done with the sim
@@Mister_Balls I'm pretty sure he doesn't make it a video series because he says it isn't profitable enough for him to go through hours of footage and edit it all down to put on RU-vid but who knows he might put the 2010s video up
@@itseford4688 all the while hes getting his ass beat in the west. Clips would make finals easily this year. They have better and more relaiable players.
U know what’s crazy? Space is so big and there’s unlimited universes, so theoretically somewhere you are sitting in your room watching flight say look at Rudy gobert man, he’s just tryna do great things
Dude you are hilarious and entertaining. I usually HATE people commentating over game-play but I listened more than I watched so props for that. I'm going to watch more videos but I'm going to pace myself to savor the laughs. Keep it up.
ThatBosnianGuy Yeah I just don’t see that at all happening. Hakeem would’ve had his way in the paint but nobody would’ve stopped Jordan and Pip. Plus Tony Kukoc is significantly better than any second option that Houston had, which I believe was an aging Clyde Drexler wasn’t it?
I'm kind of doing the same thing myself but with every historic draft.. lol started with 40 overall players (that I spent hours creating and copying to every roster so the game wouldnt glitch out) and now 6 years into the league and must say it's pretty fun watching where all these legends get picked... I cant wait until michael jordan gets signed and get into the 2000s draft teams and see where like Lebron james, kobe bryant, tracy mcgrady.. man all these guys get signed to.. so far Celtics, Lakers, and Bulls have had the best teams and Oscar Robertson has been the best player in the league for 3 years now.. honestly if you want to take this idea and make videos out of it.. go ahead bro.. I like to see someone else do it.. remember though to create enough 40 overall players at each position so the game doesnt glitch (lol unless you know every team before the first historic draft in the game that is)
you gotta do a career simulation for “William Floyd” he the make-a-wish kid that got his own character in 2k and at a 68 overall has 13 of the nastiest shooting and playmaking badges ive ever seen
I just discovered your channel and I have to say, You deserve way more subs and you work way harder than many other youtubers. Keep up the good work by inspiring me and others!
After the 6th 2 hour length video I have finally subbed my guy. YOU ARE AMAZING. This shit is so entertaining, on top of the amazing commentary my guy you’re funny. BIG LOVE FROM IRELAND
It was hilarious when you called Sam cassell the Alien 👽. When I went to bucks games when he played there at the Bradley center. My friends and I would chant Area 51 when he got the ball.
Me waiting for a new video: 🤞 Me seeing for the 3rd day there's no new one: 😥 Me seeing that Clique just went and re-simed the entire freeking decade: 😯👍
No. Dwight Howard is a lazy player. Doesn't have any drive at all. Just look at his game, he has the same game from when he got drafted, never developed anything beyond what he was at 19.
Only 5 people averaged over 20 million?? Compare that to this year: 20 people average 30+ million and 52 average 20+ million. Lol the NBA is making bank!
Makes me so happy/sad seeing d rose win 2 rings for Chicago and seeing him average a even better stat line for mvp and winning multiple mvps and seeing him make all those championship appearances and never getting injured
