My daughter is a light sleeper also, we have the hatch rest it’s a white noise machine- there’s tons of different sounds to help them sleep and then we can continue to watch tv outside of the room and not worry about bothering her. Def try it! Works wonders!

I don't want to scare you Bri, but the IUD was the worse thing I did to my body😔 long story short, it can cause masses in your uterus, affects your hormones which then affects your mental health.
