ABANDONED OVERGROWN YARD gets RESTORED for MUM and CHILDREN
I mowed this neglected overgrown lawn for free. This overgrown yard restoration was one of the biggest I've done so far. Clearly mum and children haven't ventured back there for some time. The clothesline hasn't seen any clothes for years. Her son used to mow the yard up until he got injured and it has been left to grow over since then. I find out it is not just a straightforward job battling a mower over a neglected lawn but I encounter buried wooden pallets, picnic tables, and swing sets and have to pull out the chainsaw to trim some trees too. I even become a rubbish removalist but I leave that for the next video. This was a big job.

Years ago, I was a single mom working several jobs. My eighty year old neighbor would sometimes mow my lawn when he did his. It was always a treat! to come home an know that I could take the lawn mowing off my to do list that weekend.

Maybe you can consider wearing gloves when working to protect your hands and avoid injuries. It feels dangerous to see you cleaning rusty iron products, discarded wood and debris. You have to protect yourself. Of course you still finish Excellent job.💯👍💐

Yes, this utility mower gets the hard jobs done. I cut on a higher level first then bring it down slowly. More time-consuming but I just can't cut on a lower setting right away.

Yes, it's a utility mower. If you look closely you can see the side discharge chute that blows out the grass clippings. It is an older one but tough. It is made specifically for this kind of grass, thick and overgrown.

Jai, Nice job on the clean up. One thing you may want to look into,… your video editor should have a setting that allows for your (mower and trimmer) audio to sound more natural, instead of at a high pitch. If you can’t find it, you can check with some of the other lawn mowing RU-vidrs to see how they did it, such as Blade Mate Lawn Care, Tim the Lawn Mower Man, Quick Cuts V2, Mowgo, etc. I hope this helps. Keep up the great work.

Thank you. My mower sound is probably more high pitch because it is a smaller mower. My trimmer sound is high pitch because it is a two stroke trimmer. That is what I think however I will check online to see if I can put more base into the sounds they produce. Thanks again.

Check with Mowgo. He had this issue and was able to correct it with a setting in the editor. It has to do with playing the video back at higher speeds, resulting in the higher pitch in the sound. The software setting will correct this. I hope this helps you out.
