It's religion, mysticism then spirituality. What is normally practiced by some lower level occultist which involves herbalist, divinations, and invocation of other subtle beings are all spiritualism (mysticism) . Spirituality is using your own divine essence which is the God being you are which is also just a fractional part of the Great Divine Essence which there is nothing beyond but only the Great Divine Essence.

@@giftymarion4319 I know about Satguru, you should know what you are talking about. There's Spirituality and there's spiritualism, two different things one is way below the other. Spiritualism is a branch of spirituality which way below spirituality itself. The Great Divine Essence is the only Spiritual ego that there is. Even the Soul is not spiritual yet until it evolves and die. Angels are not even spiritual, not even gods that we call deities, not even the blue beings. Mysticism is using your essence to manipulate reality which most at times spiritual aspirants don't even reach that level so they rather use the force of nature to do that to ( the 4 elements or the help of other subtle beings). I will be happy if @maamegrace can invite Dr. Baffour Jan (a divine master) to educate the public about this because people must understand and know the differences. Do you know that gods, angels, all this other subtle being have souls and even human beings. From the astral body, etheric, angelic = celetial, mind, soul then the spirit = the Great Divine Essence .
