Barbenheimer feels like a once in a lifetime film event that I don’t think we’ll ever see again any time soon. Two nearly polar opposite movies from two beloved auteurs, and I’m so glad I was able to experience it. I’ll never forget feeling immense glee during the “I’m Just Ken” sequence and genuine unease during the scene of Oppenheimer walking through that applauding crowd. Such a contrast of emotions. I love it!
I haven’t seen either of these movies but because of this video, I will see them soon. I have to admit that I wasn’t interested in either of them but you have sparked my curiosity enough to go see them. I’ll let you know what I think of them. Thank you again for expressing your point of views
Because Sound of Freedom was successful due to word of mouth, I think Barbie is going to start doing poorly in weekend #2 because of how not kid friendly it is and the feminism being preached throughout the movie
@@taylorwickham a) Imagine having your kid bombard you with questions about gynecologists. B) a movie in which you put down men as totally incompetent boobs that are just “accessories” while women are the best over them isnt a message you wouldn’t want them to see and learn
@@szlava3641 tell me you didn't get the movie without saying you didnt get the movie. By this metric pretty much no movie is child friendly considering the rampant misogyny in movies.
@@sweeety969 Hey kids, look at how we treat Ken and the other men like shit. That's right, kids. You can shove men to the side. But how dare men do things women don't like. That wasn't preachy?
