Minority is such a good and well written manwha. Made me cry a lot. It made me feel and wished for a teen romance that's like theirs. That innocent and pure love that's always so good to see. It's so good seeing them grow close as they randomly spend more time together. It wasn't planned and they didn't expect what would happen. But even then, after years, among hundreds of faces... they were still able to find each other once again. Growing thru difficulties, wrong company, family struggles, crushed dreams and uncertain future... all of this became irrelevant when they were together.. and they knew it, they felt it too. So the separation phase was the hardest for me to handle... when they called it quits cause neither of them could afford to keep this going or to make such a big decision... it was so fcking saddd... I loved everything abt this manwha ngl
I just finished reading this...hah...it was so beautiful, it starts with a friendship and then turns into something more...deffo one of my new favs. It's not toxic, just bittersweet because it potrays a real life setting..
@srujanak1252 no, they do, its bitter sweet because at the end of it all, despite them wanting to get married, they simply cant because Korea doesnt really allow it and its still not socially acceptable from what the story says

It’s a good story… I just didn’t like the fact that, as adults, they were still friends with people they couldn’t be honest with about themselves. I understand the workplace secrecy around their relationship, the workplace is for work and not personal relationships anyway, but they couldn’t be honest with their friends? How are those good friends? It just left a negative impact on my reading of the story.
I felt the same, to be honest I dislike that most of bl manhwas display couples eternally in closet, it's awful how prejudice is still ingrained in Asian society, however, this situation allows for a narrative resource, a kind of "forbidden romance", GL or BL in inclusive places tend to be less appealing, since the drama is added to the fact that it is against the rules, that been said, I love MINORITY, but that last chapter, when Heechan says he was in love with Jinhyuk, so this one answer "don't play like that, it's gross" hurt's my soul so bad, the abusive drunk father was gross, the bullies kids at school was gross, the insensitive teacher was gross, their feelings was nothing but graceful, people need to hide love for the sake of society prejudice is one of the worses failures in our history, hope one day it will change for the better.
