It's beautiful! I think the roses would look nicer above the edge but that's personal preference. The design of rhinestones against velvet is breathtaking

@@vegascece I usually say eggplant purple. Follow too many Brits on YT ( they use it to imply that colour as well as the vegetable). My bridesmaids (including my twin sisters) wore that colour. And my bedroom has been painted that for years ( saw the one twin copied). 😂 Always had a purple bedroom. My bathroom used to be a vivid grape. A little hint if you love that colour. Shades of purple can help insomniacs. Being a life long insomniac I went the darkest shade. My husband said it's like being blanketed in sleep when the lights go out. Finding bedding in that shade is NOT easy however. Purples of any shade are more expensive and only spike with trends. My Mom told me that in 1980 and it's always been like that. @@NadineWilliamsNadege I had been an "all shades purple" person for year's. I painted my craft room apple green so have now switched my favorite but thanks for the tip on sleeping better with purple tones. I'm in ice cold MD and have been awake since 2am so just maybe, I give that paint color a try for better sleep (room is gray so an accent wall to start might work!).
I love the roses. You did a great job, as always. The only thing I would do different is to have the height of the roses should be taller in the box. Maybe add some glitter to the very top of the petals. That’s just me.
I've never thought to close up roses with hot glue, that would be a great way of adding visual interest to a bouquet. Closing up a few while leaving others open would give a sense of realism. Also if you can find chalk in different shades of red, you can dust the edges of the petals to give them more dimension - a quick topcoat will seal it all in. Obviously this is a different aesthetic than you're going for, but it never hurts to share ideas :)
Simply fabulous! Def doing this but will not glue in foam... will make roses in different shades so I can switch them out! Black is stunning n denotes timeless elegance! As in A Black Tie Affair!🎉
Stunning!!!! I'm going to try this but paint or dye the roses hot pink in honour of my late niece. It was her favourite colour. Dollar Tree in my city here in Canada, doesn't carry the same products as some of the pieces you do and I'm crossing my fingers I can find these ones when I go this time. Hoping there are white roses too. Either way, the piece will be still be inexpensive, just a bit more if I purchase from somewhere else. Thank you for such a wonderful, beautiful, elegant piece once again.

Beautiful! Black is one of my favorite colors! I have a few bushes of black roses in my floral stash, that I've been waiting to find something new to add them to. Now I know the perfect thing to create. A mirrored box very similar to yours. Thanks for sharing your creativity.

I've been watching off and on but im just now being captured with your elegant mirrored BOX and I cannot get enough of BOX making in any form it may come. Since im about to subscribe this very moment, i thought I can offer or ask for a request. My request is to create a toturial for a glass BOX repurposed from picture frames. Im wanting to learn the technique of coloring glass as done with Christmas bulb'sin creating an elegant vase as a focal point 🎉. It probably would have been a bit sturdier if you glued the mirrors directly to a cardboard box or something similar. I think the flowers need to be a bit taller or taller foam so you can see them come out of the top a bit more... but beautiful none the less.
When I saw you use the black ribbon I thought you were gonna use as a hanging thing and that would’ve been beautiful because you have mirrors all around and it would’ve been a nice reflection
