shoutout to Lianne La Havas for the inspo on this take on this classic. she’s one of my favorite artists. i said smokin out the window was my most difficult cover… but nah this one was it. sounds really simple but i’ve never done this chord progression and that hook takes some WIND!! 🥲😮‍💨

I always listen to your music before I go to work. I work on an ambulance and currently going to paramedic school. Your voice singing some ofmy favorite songs, puts me in the right head space to get through these 12 hour shifts.
