Isn't it bad for you to do that for too long though? Like over time it shortens your tendons and you can do longer put your foot all the way down? Like how weight lifters who don't do the full range of motion when doing bicep curls end up shortening their tendons by their elbow and then they can no longer straighten their arms all the way. I heard it used to be a big problem when women had to wear heels to work every day and a lot of them ended up with shortened Achilles tendons but I can't remember where I heard that tho so idk
So the mask thing I lol’d. Then you put it on, complete with wig, and I lol’d even more. Then when you went and pranked Joey, the look on his face, I lol’d harder. When he shut the door I was howling with laughter. Then the date, the real you(?) walking in, the confused screaming, the Joey reveal, I started crying. Then came the final shot at the end with your deadpan expression after the total absurdity of it all….at that point I died. Congratulations you caused me to nearly suffocate from laughing so damn hard. It’s been a long time since I got a laugh that good.
After my ankle reconstruction the rehab routine once I was healed enough was walking around my apartment on my toes. As they told me it was to help encourage the muscle in my foot and calves to relearn how to work together and gentle rebuild muscle
