Thank you Emil. Can you maybe make a video on how to deal with when lacking motivation to make a schedule? Nice video

This is somewhat covered in my TCA system video, but creating a schedule should be a relatively simple task that takes around 10-15 minutes, so use accountability and tell a friend that you have to create a schedule for yourself or you'll have to give them $100! This is usually a very good way to build discipline

Thanks Emil , personally time-blocking has made think more about the time spent rather the quality of studying in other words it stresses me a lot. Any solutions ?

I think it's important to ask yourself why scheduling in itself reduces the quality of your studying. Scheduling doesn't mean you have to work to completely fill the blocks, if you work at a high quality you should be able to finish most of your scheduled blocks early. It's also important to consider whether you are approaching your scheduled blocks with a plan, or with no idea about what you're going to do. Not doing this stuff properly is what will make scheduling stressful, not the act of scheduling itself!

Hi Emil, I’ve just finish an SJT mock on medify and scored 45/66, but it predicted me as a band 3. Is that accurate, or did I really perform that bad in this section?
@EmilEddy

that's probably accurate, SJT mock scores usually have a steep bell curve
