I've never seen this physique or look for Batman before. It looks like he's been eating and training in strong man for years - as if he's ready to conquer the "wheel of pain" challenge at the Arnold classic.
Its awesome isn't it? this particular version of Batman is in his sixties and has been retired for a couple of years so he put on a little weight, that added to his already beefy physique makes him look like a strongman, you can see it as him trading agility for strength to balance the fact that he's older and not as fast as he used to be, you should check out the animated movies for The Dark Knight Returns, pretty cool and entertaining little movies.
That looks sick! The face especially screams frank miller. I would love to see a video where you design and sculpt a gritty dirty Batman aside from source material, but just an inventive costume and design in your style!
That is actually what Frank Miller’s Batman looks like within the comic. This is good work from an excellent piece of art and literature. Keep going, you are doing well.
You stayed true to your reference material. Thats the reason this V. looks hulkish. lmao that animated character study was built like a refrigerator Love the result Super awesome video!
@@Shwadee2423 In the dark knight returns there's a scene where he says "You don't get it son, this isn't a mud hole, this is an operating table... And I'm the surgeon." then he proceeds to break his bones and stuff.
Your work is so good and detailed but you are not getting much attention from people, I think it is because of your thumbnail if you want to make your channel grow you need attractive thumbnails so i'm here for you let me know if I can help you😉
This is really cool to watch. I love sculpting so much and I’m an artist myself. I completely agree with what you said about it being pretty difficult to assess how much you’ve actually improved. I do this same process but with my drawings. I’ll revisit a very old drawing and recreate it just to put them side by side. It’s usually a pretty rewarding experience and makes you appreciate your own work much more. Love the sculpture too you fucking nailed it. Keep it up bro you just earned a new subscriber!
Thank you so much, your support means the world to me. I'm so glad you agree it is a very satisfying process. I hope to see some of your work some day :) !
eXcept show that Superman statue in blue shirt also did you even know that in 1936 Superman was in gym shirt with S on his chest, you can find OG Joe Shuster sketch from 1936, also cuffs in Man of Steel film partly inspired by cuffs from there
You really captured Frank Miller's dirty, gritty aesthetic. This looks like something directly pulled from his graphic novel and then somehow modeled into 3D. It's incredible. You are very gifted.
