the lps-doll hybrids are so inspiring!! i'm looking into them rn and apparently it was a whole trend in the early 2010s to make these hybrids with the jumbo pets!! that i never knew before :) the feel is so nostalgic and whimsical to me ♡

I like the fluffy one at 1:32. Head swaps on LPS are so interesting to me, seeing how the different combinations of molds look together to make something completely new.

Seeing LPS customs always makes me want so badly to try making them. (Well, aside from the one cat with clumpy paint I did a couple years ago.) I loved those ones on the doll bodies and am seriously considering hitting up the nearest thrift store to try and find a doll that's the right size

Your attempt at a doll/lps custom is actually really good!! I think the reason it looks so uncanny to you is because you used more realistic proportions which can look weird on dolls (esp smaller scale dolls) You should definitely give it another shot!!

I never thought I’d see another LPS related thing ever again, what a wonderful surprise!! I’ve always thought the LPS costume community was so talented-or rather they honed their skills very well. Honestly? The backwards body should be your little M.O. lol, maybe a little design trait, but that’s just me. Lovely to see another LPS video after all these years.

i'm not really into LPS but i remember having a dog lps as a kid with the same sculpt as the one you painted white so i'm not sure if it's the same one but wow it takes me back haha! i'm really interested in doll hybrid customs so maybe i'll try my hand at one of these because i love the proportions and unique look it gives the doll!

Venting with bad english lol At the same time that these customs motivate me to do more customs, they also make me a little sad, they are all really well done and make me want to come back to the LPS community, but it's hard being someone with a bad financial situation and still coming from a country until humble and who recently forgot about the existence of LPS (because at least in 2010/2018 they still had LPS and where to buy them in places outside and even found a fake LPS around the corner that are usually well made) leaves me a little unmotivated to continue imagining using my creativity in these dolls, I am a person who thinks so many crazy things, I might even have been one of the people who thought about anthropomorphic lps well before these customs, if that can define how crazy I was in creativity, I hope that someday my life improve and that you can at least have the mental motivation to want to make custom lps like I did when I was a kid.

Look up nail decal molds for small flowers.

The one you make is actually prety good even if you think the porpotions are off they can work with a more exgerated outfit making a dress look extra puffy that will look very good

I took a dog and made it look like Gir from Invader Zim and a a lion to look like the pink lion from Steven Universe. I also made a meerkat from a ferret before LPS started making meerkats. And and a few dogs that looked like real dogs my mom had. I have tubs full of these. I want to get some doll bodies and make antho ones now. That anthro cat you're making looks like it will be so cool when it's finished. Kinda want to do an anthro version of my Russian blue mix and put her in a sailor style dress, with Mary Janes. Also want to see an anthro frog girl and an anthro lizard girl.
