I remember during one of my winter performance, not from Christmas, my school's intermediate choir did this song and one of my guy friends got the second solo and I was so happy. Not just for him, but because that song brought back so many memories. He was amazing also along with the girl soloist.

My chorus class does this and I was told to practice .-.

I still remember trying out for this song. It was my freshman year and I thought "Why not?" not thinking I would get it cause I thought there were a lot better singers than me and then what do you know? Show up to class after all the tryouts were done and I find out I got the solo. One of the best moments that year and I'm so glad I did it.

I did this my sophomore year in high school and this was my first solo. I'm a trans guy and my friends mom recorded it so I was able to hear myself sing and I truly felt like myself up on that stage
