if your open to some feedback, make sure you're sending up to 5 follow up messages for the leads who didn't answer, and ive tried prospecting in your niche, you'd probably find more success doing cold calls and SMS for the home improvement niche. Goodluck mate
Keep doing what you’re doing man! The hard work and sharing your experience will pay off down the road, I am also starting my agency, do you have any recommendations on cold emails/DMs I can't do cold calls because they are too expensive in my country.
For cold emails I would look into getting a domain and make sure you warm up your email before sending too many so they don’t end up in spam. For cold DMs I would only do high volume on an older account (around 6 months) if your account is newer then just don’t send as many.
@Relationbio Slowly build up. like 5 dms a day for 3 days, then 7 dms a day for a few days, then 10 and after 10 you can kinda build up your way to 20-25 per account and thats kinda your limit. And yeah they do land in requests

Tried cold DMs for my SMMA too with limited success. Switched to emails and used Do You Mail. Super stoked with unlimited email sending from unlimited domains! The automatic DNS setup was a bonus, making it easy and time-effective. If you have not tried them yet, give them a go.
To get leads for home improvement businesses you would need to target the right audience. This would require you to use the right keywords and the area in which the home improvement business works in. This could include people who just moved to the area since they would most likely need home improvement the most.

this is the slowest method i could think of. i can speed your process up by 10x but im not sharing in comment section as i dont' want it to be abused by everyone
