The fact that he's joking around about having a panic attack.. If you were having one and fearing for your life you probably wouldn't want her around you shoving stuff in your mouth and pouring stuff on you.. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Edit: I'm also sure you wouldn't be screaming "I'm having a panic attack!"

@@bramble6584 as someone who has regualar *real* panic attacks, I can confirm that the way I stop them is by surrounding myself with friends/calling a friend and going through deep breathing exercises. Not staying in coloured water slathering myself with ice while yelling "I'M HAVING A PANIC ATTACK!" Because when the attack starts, you really can't put two words together. Stop lying in defense of someone who trivialises all anxiety disorders.
