Truth And Justice for me it was. i have always loved short hair, but everyone thought it was a bad idea, that i'd be robbed of my femininity if i would get short hair. society has attached SO MUCH VALUE to women's hair. to shave it all off felt like a big "fuck you" to everyone that has ever told me i shouldnt get short hair bc i'd look like a boy. It's one of the most freeing things i have ever done.
