Omg... The castle and it's furnishings are incredible! Wow spectacular! The wood work on the furniture. Ugh... I would have loved to have been by your side there. Thank you so much for sharing this. I am just blown away!
This was fun! Between both homes, there were so many beautiful and interesting items. BTW it isn't a dragon-horse, it's a kelpie from Scottish lore. I hope you were able to win the items you wanted at auction, especially the ones you most wanted. Have a great day! 💞💕💞
I absolutely love estate sales like this. Even though I can rarely afford to buy anything at them I treat them like museums and just wander around appreciating everything the owners had collected over the years.
Loved the saying, " there are no shoulds". What a boring world if there was nothing unique or special. This is one of my all time favorite videos on RU-vid. Highest quality. Danni your passion is contageous and your appreciation of life is inspiring.
So much fUn tagging along with you. Estate Sales are so unique. Looking forward to all your Thrifting- Reselling videos. I learn from every video. Thank you, Dani❣️😉😊
Holy cow what amazing, beautiful, fantastic pieces!! This video was a dream to watch! Just fyi, when you said some of the pottry looked South American, then said probably Mexican...Mexico is actually part of Noth America 😊
I just want to let you know how much I love watching you!!! I have learned so much about art by listening to you tell me about it❤!!! I know there are people out there that have said some unkind things about you or at the very least eluded to it… But they are just haters!!! They can’t hold a candle to you or your intellect!!! I’m not a seller I just enjoy the Education… Thank you Dani❤
Oh Danni. I just finished watching your video of the private estate, and holy cow if that wasn't enough, you paraded our eyes through a Castle just outside the Vegas Strip. Pardon me while I go back and retrieve my drooling jaw from the floor. 😂😂😂
I really enjoyed first sale. I started to go/play in Vegas I the late 70’s at age 18. lol they never checked my id because I wasn’t drinking. Vegas was in my back door coming from Big Bear Lake, Ca. All of that sent chills of excitement seeing artifacts from the Golden Nugget. Now retired living in North Az and with your guidance, I have started reselling part time. I do Vegas auctions a couple of times a yr and load up. So wishing I could preview those auctions. With saying that, there are some great ones that measure the items but some don’t. I just wish 1 time I could spend a few thousand and flip for that great margin. I thank you for teaching me how to be a reseller. ❤
My daughter loves monopoly I believe I’ll do a display for her like that one! Love copper and wood! Love compacts and dresser sets and perfume bottles!! Wanting to see christmas!
High end dress shirts, particularly very large sizes, sell VERY well. Anything over an XL tends to do much better than a smaller size in the same shirt. Just a friendly FYI….I sell/have sold a lot of clothes.
Wow, I would have gone nuts in both those places. It looks like the first house had some religious paintings that may have come from old churches in Mexico.
🌷🌷🌷oh my, those Dutch playing cards ?? Gerrit Rietveld .. would be awsome overhere , rich but no airco ... oh dear uhmm no his and hers i think in front or the back .. oh my😅😂
Frank lloyd Right was from Richland Center Wisconsin. House on the Rock in Richland Center was made by an Architect competitor who couldn't stand his arrogance. I went to house on the rock. All about nature. The place is something to see. Largest collections of antiques anywhere. From Carved Whale bones, Antique pistols, handmade ships, Shop displays not seen anywhere else, huge industrial distillery salvage from Wisconsin. It takes many days to see this amazing place. Frank lloyd Wrongs houses here in Wisconson leak and need constant repair.
I get what you are saying, but Frank Lloyd Wright was a visionary. The competitor was using his vision as a starting point. That's always easier than coming up with something altogether new. Also - I was at one of Wright's homes and yes - the leaks, etc., are real. But he used these places as concept laboratories. He never stopped adding and changing things so he could see what would work for his paying customers, who also knew what they were getting into. Living in a piece of art can take a bit of maintenance. BOTH Wright and the other guy can be praised for their achievements.
That estate sale was very expensive. If you were really interested in some of those items, perhaps you should come back on then final day of the sale. 😶
