Umm so idk if you found it out in the video but the ammo crates don’t give you bullets, the propel you a tiny bit further so their very quite helpful

If the bullet boxes gave ammo i think they would not be allowed to upgrade since getting new bullets mid game would be too op and you would reach all guns very quickly.
