Being a med student I would like to say that its completely okay if one can't drink 5-6 litres of water a day. One must check the colour of their urine, if it's clear I mean pale yellow then you're drinking the right amount of water except the ones suffering from renal stones.
Drinking lots of water also cause decrease in hemoglobin level in one's body. Well, should we drink more water if we have dry and chapped lips? And forget about other comment.
@@harshiverse9582 Ofcourse staying hydrated is the best option however if you don't like to drink much water you can use coconut oil,vaseline and try not to lick your lips.
@@harshiverse9582lol i've been drinking " Atleast " 2-3 litres of water since a few years. It goes upto 4 litres most of the time and my lips are still chapped 😂😂
For glowing skin you need to exercise and sweat..during exercise you will feel very thirsty, so you probably drink additional 1l .. which she does.. just by drinking water you won't get glowy skin.
You should drink water ghoot by ghoot it help your saliva to reach your stomach which contains salivary amylase which helps in digestion don't by straw

Drinking 5 litre 6 litre is not for everyone one..Bcz sabki body types alag hoti hain but but Recommended Water Per 20kgs=1Litre If a person's weight 60 kg he should drink 3 litres everyday..😊 Thanks me later
Body type se lena dena kuch nahi hai water intake ka. Physical activity and diet se decide kiya jata hai ki aapne kitna water intake rakhna hai. Ye per 20kg is equal to so and so litre water ka rubbish gyan na pelo fancy dikhne ke liye. Nahi aata kuch to chup rehna chahiye and seek for knowledge
Calm down, listen to your body always, water ko bhi digest krna padta hai, always follow your body, everyone is different and many factors are differing so if you want great health focus on gut cleaning and not ample amounts of water.
It actually doesn't matter if your water comes from green tea or from an RO machine as long as you are consuming enough of it in any form you're good ( keep in mind this means that if you consume diuretics like caffeine then you do need to drink enough water to make up for it ) 🌟
Don't listen to ppl who say drink lots of water the human is born with the user manual it's ur body it will tell u when u need but in general there are many time one should not drink water and one should, it's depends on wheather, food, habits body type etc, key is listen to ur body internal function, don't simple flood ur digestive system with water, keep sipping if so thirsty don't gulp it together.👍
