Kind of an abrupt end but that's genuinely all I could remember. I thought what I remembered was still pretty funny though, so I wanted to make it into a video. #pokemon #pokemontcg #videogames #gaming
You got a like from me! Wholesome memories, reminded me of my past getting the original pokemon games. Got em so spread apart from the start to before gen 2 I ended up getting all 3 eventually. I FUGGIN LOVED YELLOW so much. I remember hearing rumors about the *surfing pikachu* and other stuff. Man what great times. Bowlcuts and all!
@Klied I was kind of like that too. I never got red back then but I had blue then I got yellow with the special Gameboy. I still have a faint memory of being parked in front of a sears connected to the mall where my mom picked up the Yellow version/pikachu themed Gameboy combo. Yellow, especially if you were a kid watching the show. You felt like ash lol. Thanks for the comment and like, it helps a lot.
I remember visiting my aunt one time and she had borrowed a Japanese gold version from a friend. It blew my mind. I was aloud to play as long as i didnt save.
wow so you had a similar experience. Were you also entirely unaware that gen 2 was even coming? I forgot to add it in but I wanted to do a line about how it would be like if you had a time machine and gave people in Ancient rome a fully charged Ipad and how it would blow their minds lol.
@ainikih9532 I absolutely lost my mind and my mom loved my reaction. Obviously getting gold was amazing but she was a single mom on a budget so the fact she got me silver as well was something I never expected. Thank you for the comment.
Enjoying the stories mate. I have been playing leaf green on an emulator on my phone all over the weekend. Getting really into it. The good thing about the emulator is you can play it at double speed, snapshot it and load it up instantly.
@@Livvvid yeah it's good. I don't really have anything to compare it against. I just enjoy the mindless entertainment of it. Don't really know the best way to play it or much about each Pokemon. But just been collecting one of each as I go and try and get them all leveled up together. It also seems there are non return parts of the map. So I try and make the most of each part before moving on.
You can return to everything don't worry. Catching as much as you go helps when you encounter Prof Oaks "Aides" who reward you for completing the pokedex.
