I SLEPT in F. SCOTT FITZGERALD's House! ROSA PARKS Bus Stop | HANK WILLIAMS Grave 

Something that many get wrong regarding Rosa's story..... Rosa was sitting in a designated seat towards the back of the bus but when all the front seats were filled a white women demanded Rosa give up her designated seat. Rosa then refused to be disrespected and treated as less any further. She did not set out to make a statement that day but was pushed too far and fought back. I think the accurate story is more impressive personally. She was just an average women going about her average day when destiny called on her to stand her ground and make her mark. I don't know why this story is embellished as it is just not necessary.

Hi Jordan, some really poignant quotes at the start of you're vlog today. Well, it still amazes me how big Hank & Audrey's grave is. Oh my, to have the original wallpaper in the F. Scott Fitzgerald house is amazing, you can almost imagine they are walking around the place with you. I love the framed letters, and that last line you read on Zelda's letter was lovely about the kiss, they were so romantic back then. Great vlog Jordan.

I love how Jordan takes time to do the research and gives you little tid bits of information gives you a site of what happens most vloggers just show you the video and say hey here this place or that place. But I must say Jordan is one of the best RU-vidrs out there.

What a beautiful house, it’s a shame they only lived there for 6 months. Where did they move to after this wonderful home? It’s just a shame that in the US they demolish so many houses that have history tied to them. When I watch Dearly Departed there are so many homes of the old Hollywood celebrities that have gone. It’s so sad 😞

The F. Scott Fitzgerald room is gorgeous (the whole house really)! On the Rosa Parks memorial, it's actually in the shape of ivy leaves (supposed to be stacked but...they do kind of look like maple leaves when shown that way). It's the symbol of the sorority that dedicated it, which Rosa Parks was a member. I'm also a member of the organization and was named after that symbol! Thank you for covering this! I don't know if I'll ever get a chance to make the trip to see all of these places myself. 💕💚 ☺️

Scott and Zelda's story is so beautiful and so very sad. Speaking of Helen Keller, my youngest son was born in Helen Keller Hospital in Sheffield, Alabama. Sheffield is the town literally across the street from Tuscumbia, Alabama where Miss Keller was from. Loved this vlog❤

Spotted your video, brings back great memories for me. I lived and worked in Montgomery for 30+ years. Drove by Hank's grave daily, actually lived about mile from it. I was a Realtor for 15 years and 8 years of them I was the Property Manager of the S&Z Museum. It was not a B&B then, but an apartment building. The Museum had a live in Curator and I managed the other apartments. The downstairs left apartment was my favorite, especially the sun room. The grounds do not look the same, they've been changed over the years. BTW, let us know if you hear the ghost tonight. I and the Curator use to get complaints from the tenants about hearing loud arguing and smashing noises. I have moved now back to historical Selma. You should come and check out the Old Live Oak Cemetery here and Sturdivant Hall, it is only an hour away from where you are now. Thanks for taking me down memory lane.

She was a big fan of Elizabeth Arden, who made innovations in skin care and cosmetics for ladies post WW1. Love the Fitzgerald house and the stones with Zeldas sayings. The symbol on Hank's mom's, Lilian, marker is Order of Eastern Star. A ladies' Masonic group that has been around since 1850 to which I also belong. This means either her husband or family member was a Master Mason.

How lovely! Loved this trip and all the history. I will have to read some of his other books. I recently saw the Di Capprio and the Redford versions of Gatsby. Of course i have long admired both films.. The green light Zelda room is also just as charming. The line from Daisy saying "I am paralyzed with happiness" came to mind.

I used to live on Felder Ave…such a beautiful neighborhood..I loved walking and going to the parks around there. I loved visiting the museum as I am also a big fan of Scott and his writing. Such a cool experience. It was indeed inspiring..I am a writer so being in the neighborhood where Scott and Zelda once lived was a dream. I miss it there. It is such a wonderful charming neighborhood to live in and explore. Thank you for these videos..it brings me back to the good memories I had there.

I was able to skip school as a youngin and attend her funeral in Detroit i met her nieces and nephews they said Rosa wanted white horses she didn’t take no mess I enjoyed the stories and it was a memory I will definitely tell my grandkids 🙏🏽😭🙏🏽#blm

the whole vlog is interesting . Hank died young. that's not a bad price for staying one night including a kitchen ! I was a city bus driver and each bus had a pink rose in memory of Rosa Parks, don't remember what year that was. like the wing chair with the books nice place to cuddle up and read.

Zelda died in a mental treatment hospital in 1948 in a fire in Asheville NC.

I am going to listen to his stories on audiobook book now....... l didn't realise he wrote Benjamin Button.
