No you can not go wrong with meatloaf, When I was growing up mom always used oatmeal in place of the panko. Funny thing is I have never made a meatloaf sandwich! Can you believe that? We always made it a nice sit down meal with mashed potatoes and gravy! I guess I will have to break out the smoker and make some smoked meatloaf and do some sandwiches for the first time!

Great cook!! Meatloaf was always a staple in my house through the years. Had plenty of meatloaf sandwiches on the boat while fishing. Makes for very good memories. 😊👍👌💕
