Skillz change elanga to LW he goes to 73 rating and then after that leave his development plan to RW but don't change his position and keep him in LW he will go up like crazy by the end of the season, I would do this for every full back and winger so switch them to the opposite side but don't change the position for example LW to RW, RB to LB

For attacking side, sign anthony from ajax and play him on the right wing, left wing just play sancho or rashford there, sign darwin nunez at the striker position. For midfield, keep bruno at cam, recall vdb and play him alongside bruno, sign declan rice or kalvin phillips and play him at cdm For centerback, sell maguire, sign pau torres or jurren timber and play him alongside raphael varane For fullback, sign pervis estupinan because he's versatile can play at both left or right back in case for strengthening those position

Chose a team in the PL like Spurs or Leicester (a team which is good but is not a consistent top 4 team). Then buy, sell players but you cannot play a game. Every game has to be simulated. Then see who finishes higher in the table at the end of the season: You or neppo :)
