You was so lucky. First of all breakpoint for Omegas is 67/67/68/70 gold in standard roll so for double one you need that 136 at least. You needed an improved roll with odds of being 10%. Than you need to roll them. You had 113 gold so 45 leftover over first breakpoint and on 45 odds in improved are roughly 2,5%. And than you need to roll another one in standard roll with minimal save which is about 15%. For double Omega in that spot you had roughly 0,4% chance. Don't be a jerk and act like this is expected :p Anyway congrats for double Omega.
