@@nikoneko7898yes! it's totally okay. Obviously, talk to your doctor first. Tell them you're considering it, ask them if it's a good idea, and if they don't recommend it, ask for alternative therapies. Igor mine out when I was 7. Literally changed my life. I had strep throat 2 to 3 times a month for years. I'm 29 now, and since getting them out, I've had strep throat probably 3 times, max. Tonsil stones aren't strep, of course, but tonsillectomy is a very common procedure that many people benefit from. There are risks involved, but it's generally a safe procedure with little issues afterwards.

I wish I had seen videos like this as a kid, as we have bad genetics for teeth in my family on both sides. I was never taught good oral hygiene. I'd say they're fairly common. The amount of crypts (small holes on tonsils) you have, your eating habits, oral hygiene, and other habits play a role. Smoking, dairy, and sugary things contribute to the formation of tonsil stones. I have 3 sisters, a mother and father. None of them have them (from what they know), where as I DO. I have a poor diet and I'm a smoker... so thats on me But remember, many people do have them and just can't see them 🤷‍♀️ You really notice when it's larger or near the "front". It'll give the sensation of something stuck in your throat 😨

@a.w.s.9227
@a.w.s.9227 Год назад
@@mohammedabujazar6106 it only shows for a moment and not at the best angle, but from what I can tell The Bentist has an O, B amalgam #30, O #31 which may also extend over the distal but I can't see lol. So an occlusal, biting surface, and separate buccal, cheek side surface that looks like a little silver dot, 'silver' filling #30 (the first big molar next to #29 the 2nd pre-molar lower right side) and an occlusal, biting surface, 'silver' filling that may also go over the distal (back) surface of the tooth on #31 (the second big molar behind #30 on the lower right side). It also looks like he has an occlusal composite (often known as 'plastic') filling on #18 (lower left last molar when wisdom teeth are not present). If the shot is mirrored than the amalgam restorations are O, B Ag #18 and O Ag #19 respectively, and the composite would be on O #31. 😊

I got them removed and it helped so much. So painful afterwards and annoying but so worth it. No more throat pain hiding my mouth with a mask. Just so everyone knows, severe tonsil stones are NOT fun😂They cause bath breath, sore throats, etc. Before i got my tonsils removed, i was trying to get some of the tonsil stones out before bed and a really big and black one came out and it was basically my final straw. The food and bacteria that hardened had practically ROTTED and my doctor was doing nothing about it (I had to go to the hospital to get a referral to a ears, nose, and throat specialist because my primary wouldn’t take me seriously)
