Those names on the first squad you spectated in Brazil are a football reference. River won the Copa Libertadores vs Boca in Dec. 9th. And DiablitoEtcheverry is an Argentinian footballer. Also, Y va el tercero is another reference to that final against Boca, where the broadcaster said “there goes the third one, there goes the third one” (goal)

Wait are na servers back to normal? How would he get 200 ping on east if all of ranked was only on central? If servers are back to normal it does kinda feel like it. I play on west and sometimes have up to 6 minutes queue times which would make sense. Although my ping at the start of games is like 40 but it will go down to around 25 later in the game.
