I bought an OLED switch because I thought it was a cheap way to play OW while away from home. Big mistake. I think I get 12 FPS and the controls (even with a FPS controller) are abysmal. 0/10, buyer's remorse.

Oh my gosh, I thought this was just playing on the switch in general good to know that the newer switch models don’t have that problem

@@watafumx wow, you might've been scammed. I play on an OLED and It's pretty fine. My only real problem is ping and load times for begining matches.

Then what is even the point of playing the game at that point? Like, they're just dragging everyone else down, and I can't see how that would even be fun for the Moira.

@@Helkyrie_ From my understanding Switch has its own servers because it is neither mouse and keyboard nor simple controller. It actually heavily favors using the switch's gyro controls for aiming. The gyro controls are actually very intuitive if you're comfortable with other switch titles like Splatoon (Which I've been playing since Splatoon 1 launch so I actually enjoyed the gyro aiming). All that to say, Switch players are usually only playing with other Switch players who are using the same out of date hardware. So it balances itself out when everyone is playing the same scuffed experience.

they're 100% having internet problems, but I'm also pretty sure that they're not 100% focused on the game

@@ShadowOfEntropyit really runs great! i play on the switch as it's the only way i can and the only time i've had issues is when i'm having internet problems. it's not as bad as you guys make it up to be.

Switch Player who plays Moira here: Yes my frame rate is non-existent, yes I lag constantly and yes I have loading issues but either that person's Switch is a Switch Lite or they're just AFK because no way is their performance that bad just because of the Console.
