You cant use the dalaran hearthstone until you go there, chromie timeline to legion and skip the intro quest. Once you get teleported to dalaran you can leave and use the toy from then on.

I didn't get my money's worth out of Dragonflight, not a chance I am paying for the war within. Sticking to classic so it's free, the sub is already a rip off so may aswell make it worth it by playing the games that only cost $20 per month. Not like there is even a small chance that war within won't be buffs and nerfs non stop and 1 day my builds will be playable and next they won't, or I will get abused by everyone because my class is op and apparently I only play it because blizzard made it a super hero! Blizzard have no clue at all, I would say they were actually trying to fix the balance issues if they just nerfed op classes and buffed under performing but that is not what they do, 1 class OP and every class get changed and tuned it makes no sense at all. I understand players that have played forever can get around it but when your trying to learn the game it literally makes it impossible. People blame addons and macro's but that's not what made me give up trying to learn
