I say keep both trucks as they can have some use. Also I think in the long run you should get a semi with a wide load trailer for transporting more and some bigger equipment for bigger projects. You also should think of building a huge shop like building for not only easy storage of all your vehicles and all equipment, but able to repair any of them while still have plenty space to freely move things around. You may need to invest in security cameras to help protect all your property from crooks, vandals, and thieves. Look forward to the next update with car-wash restored for business.

Second gen has the mount for a plow. Not a great option but it could do some snow work still along with the skid steer.
