Can you not swear in your videos I'd rather watch Roberts videos since he doesn't swear I'd enjoy no cursing and by the way why not let your wolves help with the virus people/mobs? They would at least occupy the enemy while you deal damage I mean you don't have to oh, a new video idea 100 days in a dead wastelands using the cold sweat mod and the drinking mod (not sure if its the same mod or not I'm not sure if its the same mod I don't play Java i have mcpe only by the way it's sad to see an adult have a tantrum I don't even do that and im ten no offense 😇 you are loved i hope you'll go to jesus he loves you so much
"I'm gonna mute it for them" No, no you didn't. I've been listening to an increasingly uncomfortable like 20 minutes of sunflower seed crunching. Please, stop, my sanity
@@nathanx2000. Yeah, same. I just couldn't continue watching. I get the silliness and goofiness, that's part of the channel, but the sunflower seed bit ended it's funniness after about 3-4 mins. I have Asperger's, so chewing sounds are awful for me, but I can usually stand it for a few mins, but yeah...I made it about 15 mins in of the chewing and lip smacking sounds and I paused the video and stopped watching.
Yup, I've got both misophonia and autism. I did find it funny sometimes when he would randomly snack on something in the middle of a fight. But with an open mouth like that into the mic? No... just no, sorry.
The "IT TOOK MY FISH" is my new favorite clip in all of modded minecraft youtube hehe. The raw, unfiltered, ANGER at the mound eating the fish was just... mmmh, perfect! That also got incredibility close wayy too many times ngl, just truly damn impressive that you were able to get this far, good job!
That " no lava bucket " rule is kinda silly considering this mod was made to make you use ALL TOOLS AT YOUR DISPOSAL. Including lava buckets. If the infection gets bad enough, it spawns airships, siege monsters, spawner beasts, etc. A bucket of lava will not stop all of that. The point is that you may stop one or two infections, but just one infected block left uncleansed will turn into a whole new infection a thousand blocks away in some cave... and from that cave will pour forth monsters that will go infect terrain and with that terrain infected, even more will spawn out in the open and eventually it will have a massive network of infection covering the terrain. Lava buckets are pretty much required and even recommended by the mod maker, as is making defensive contraptions like push traps. Mostly because they will not work forever. Magma won't stop it - as seen in the cave. You need multi-layer defense. The only way you'd ever be 100% safe is to make a sky island with magma pouring over the sides. THAT would be cheesing it.
Sean smacking them sunflower seeds was the worse thing to listen to, I feel bad for Robert for having to listen to that for longer Otherwise it's a great movie! Mushies an fungus is crazy!
For real, eating while he records is why I cannot watch his channel for months or years at a time. I hate how childish it is, just record when you're not eating and eat when you're not recording. It isn't hard. I dislike the video every time he eats during it even if I enjoyed the rest of the video, it is so gross and disrespectful
After all this, the Mustard institute might think you are carrying parasites/spores with you, and get imprisoned in one of the lowest levels of the Institute's underground lab, there with the most horrifying beasts and being studied, until a power cut causes a massive outbreak of infection and all sorts of bad stuff, and you end up escaping, but hell has been unleashed already...
Sean: I don't want to spend the whole video going after one enchant Also Sean: Goes after 1 chest-piece the whole video Another amazing video! Very entertaining throughout :D
This was an impressive 5 hour video (including the 16 ads without any skips, 1 ad actually being 35mins long. I did this as a test and it's actually insane, I know it's not your fault but jesus @RU-vid wtf seriously)
as a loyal viewer i am asking sean to please NEVER eat sunflower seeds in a video again. hearing that was absolutely horrific to my ears. i can only imagine what robert was going through at that time.
Agreed, im around day 64 but i just cant continue. Robert asked him to stop so many times too 😢 and thats just what we were able to see in this edited cut And then he shows up the next day with jelly beans whilst trying to explain the plan with Kim, like just come ooooon
took me 22 min to realize why i felt like i was having deja vu with this video .. i watched robert's perspective. it really took me until the freezie mention to go "oh wait duh"
Its crazy that most of us have went from short format content to sitting here watching 4-hour videos most of us wouldn’t remain in a theatre for. Bravo
I think the reason why the glass didn't stop the spread on the other one is because the corners were "exposed" while the fully surrounded one was perfectly fine.
yeah but then you'd have to put another layer of protection above the glass so the creatures don't get through. and EVEN THEN you have .....The.......Heavies.
"There are fungi monsters everywhere, a million mods are installed to make life miserable, its already been 9 days" Sean: Ok but hear me out... *_MR. FREEZE_*
im mostly annoyed that sean aggro'd the monster, not kim. So when kim lit the TNT, the monster completely ignored him and chased the wrong guy. Kim's death was entirely in vain, if not for the comedic value
Raids only trigger in inhabited villages. Since it appears all the villagers were dead, the village wasn’t valid anymore and thus didn’t trigger a raid. This is because you “lose” a raid when all the villagers die, so if a raid triggered in an empty village you’d either instantly lose it and waste the effect, or you’d be stuck in the raid until it was completed.
the amount of time he asked "can it go through our house 🤔" after seeing time and time again how these big boys turn their surroundings into swiss cheese at will has me questioning reality
I think it would've been cooler if you didn't know where the Mycelium Mound was initially. It would spawn randomly on the island, and you'd never know, until one day you come across an infected area, and it would've been such an "oh shit" moment. Like, I get that the premise is "You were sent to investigate" but it would've been neat if you also had to investigate where it is. Spawn on the island, establish a base, and then go out on expeditions, looking out for signs of spores, and _investigating_ the source of it so that it can be researched and dealt with. Instead of just knowing where it is right out the gate. It kinda killed the tension for me.
The Serene Seasons Mod has its own GREENHOUSE glass blocks. Crops will ONLY grow during all seasons under THAT block. They are hard to build and disappear when you break them. The advantage is that you can BoneMeal crops all rear around, and spam it to have as much food as you want.
Arguing with your friends over food is one of the main staples of co-op Minecraft worlds. That or having to babysit your perpetually baked friend. " Okay buddy. Here's a diamond pickaxe. Go get obsidian. " Moments later over Discord. " Uh oh. *Uh oh.* " Me: " You fell into lava and lost the pickaxe, huh? " Him: " *Snickering.* "
These videos will make your day brighter, no matter what happened before you watch them, they'll turn your frown upside down. What with Sean always yelling 'ROBERT', or the boys initial shock of whats been going on below their feet all this time, these guys will force your face into a grin.
I am an hour into the video and it's killing me that Sean and Robert havent realized yet that the Path Block was the only thing resisting the spread of the mushroom. They just needed to line their property with Path Block. It may have found a way through, but it didnt visually effect those blocks.
I like watching ForgeLabs because it's the epitome of an average-intermediate skilled player(s) being thrown into the WORST possible situations and barely making it out.
i cant help but think how adorable it would be to have a Mustard Institute anthology series. The company starting simple but "accidentally" creating nuclear weapons which cause a fallout and then during that time using people/employees to mutate to combat that which wind up going wrong and causing another incident. Then having each different anthology following a different team within Forge Labs itself!
My counter point to the fish cant be infected argument is that theres a parasite that hangs in the mouth of a fish, causing its tongue to rot off and then replaces the tongue so it can get some of the food the fish eats.
My counterpoint is that I used to work in a marine biology lab and I've treated hundreds of fungal infections in fish. I've treated a few cases in my personal aquariums too. Fungal infections in fish are pretty common, I have no idea why forge thinks fish are immune
@@Alakhai-kx4bz yea, the fish being immune to parasitism and fungal infections kinda made me giggle. the freshwater pearl mussel cant reproduce without parasitizing trout, there's of course the tongue parasite example, sunfish being known for being parasitized, greenland sharks going blind due to parasites, the list goes on. forge got srsly misinformed
@@RoyaltyBoxing Scape and Run parasites and Fungal Infection are two different mods that work completely different from each other. Whilst it is the same BASIC concept, besides from the base of surviving from an infection mods, the mods themselves are very different from each other.
The ant attack was too real. I was playing Minecraft with a friend once and a spider bit me irl, I yelled out "a spider is attacking me" and my friend went "Where?"
I love Forge Labs' videos because the general style and tone is just so comforting. One of my favorite things to do is to come back home, get under a blanket and watch one of these before going to sleep. Also I gotta try spicy sunflower seeds ong
"Researchers were sent out to investigate & research this unknown mushroom spreading its spores." Researchers: - Doesn't contain the infected area - Punch the infected mushroom - Make soup from the brains of one of the infected creatures - Builds their base right next to the infected mushroom ---------------------- Also dw; I remember freezies~
I mean, it wouldn't spread if they contained it. They could easily beat this thing with lava or containing it in a dome from the beginning, but they don't cause this is for entertainment purposes.
@@cougar9610 Except it was disproven that glass prevented spread. That, and enemies could break glass. You could make the argument that it'd be also compelling and entertaining to see if they could stop it from spreading, but I digress~
It would honestly be cool to see you do a 100 days modded survival inspired by the movie the thing, where you go survive an outbreak of some kind in an Antarctic map with a temperature mod and an abandoned old base you have to repair/repower. Make it the Mustard institute's furthest lab or something, and everyone mysteriously disappeared and you have to go explore it, and you find the infection. You could have a dog sled mod maybe, and penguins!
yall (shadow, forge, robert and kim) should do a horror apocalypse with some horror/scp/parasite-skulk-fungus-infection mod all together. it could be something like I SURVIVED 100 DAYS IN THE END OF THE WORLD - MUSTARD INSTITUTE COLLAPSE or somn
Agreed. But to balance everything out, they also get to use OP mods in order to defend themselves. If it's the end of the world, why bother holding back?
Hey man I’m just a random long time fan. Like rally long time. Sometimes I really miss your halo videos and how forge labs was made as a Forge from halo labs but dude RN you are killing it!!!!!! And I’m sure your happy and pray you are but I’m glad we transferred to curse forge Minecraft…. Cheers to you 🥂
Since the story is that the mustard Institute told you to survey the threat and watch it grow. i thought of a crazy idea where instead of watching the threat grow. u try an infiltrate(go into your old 100 day worlds) and clear out the infections with military force(gun mods, tank mods, ect..) i feel like the idea would be really interesting to see you take down or have trouble to take down some of the bigger bads
I have a theory that The mustard industry is like umbrella corporation. Because in every bad thing that happens in these videos, mustard industry seems to be involved.
I don't even enjoy playing Minecraft anymore, but I always ALWAYS watch Sean's videos. I love the way he commentates his game. Hoping to see some more challenges versing other players in the future!
That helicopter ending was so cinematic wow! I did not realize that freezies were just a Canadian thing. They were a pretty common thing for us in the summer here in Canada so it’s kinda surprising they don’t have them down south
The seeds and munching was horrific. Robert was basically begging Sean to stop, and he just carried on. Such awesome mods. Just wish they'd play properly, very aggravating, especially Sean.
love the video but my nitpick is how the commentary is just all over the place it’s bearable but an absolute yapfest. it would be fun to hear welyns commentary over this type of series.
sean fucking up his weapon timing constantly is the worst. spam clicking with that axe. This video did NOT need the sunflower munching, was disgusting. making me feel like an old man with my complaints but it made that portion unwatchable
usually, eating sounds bother me a lot but the never-ending bit with the sunflower seeds was probably my favorite part of the video. Im so happy this man got to have his snack.
