A dramatised 100 Days story.* In this video I'm gonna try to survive 100 Days of ARK: Survival Evolved modded with NEW dinosaurs, on The Island map!
2022 & 2023 Updates: * This 100 Days story has been dramatised as I changed the average in-game day lengths to be ~15-30 minutes long compared to Ark’s default ~60 minute long days. I also reloaded previous world saves after failing boss fights, and used some admin cheat commands, such as force taming the Brachauchenius instead of waiting for its second feeding, spawning the wild Gigas and a lot of the other creature trophy creatures, using infinitestats for quick healing, giving more experience to my boss-fighting tames and spawning some materials towards the end of the 100 Days. These were done in order to bring to life the story that I wanted to tell within the 100 Days time limit that I set. Going forward, starting with me and Jason's ARK: Survival Ascended Let's Play, I will stop using cheats in order to create certain storylines, like I have in my four 100 Days videos.

That intermission at day 50 broke my heart. so unique .thank you for convincing me to get my breakfast. My favorite tame was the thalassosaurus the one you used to fly around a lot in the first half of the video. These videos are getting better and better every upload.

My favorite tame of this video would have to be Eddie the Edmontosaurus, I just have a thing for hadrosaurs. But the Fasola is a formidable companion (though apparently not against a Dragon), that's for sure. Well someone really likes TBBT ;P (it'd have been even sadder if it had been Mrs Wolowitz who died, though) Ok it's the second time you have a Pinaco dying, I believe, so let's let you in on a little secret : the Pinaco has an option on its radial wheel that puts it in a defensive mode. It does take a bit of damage like that, but it also MIRRORS some of that damage to its aggressor (just be careful, it tends to get hungry fast in this mode). That makes it very good at dealing damage to creatures with high melee ; the only issue being that this defense doesn't let your other creatures attack the threat. I can't be sure it would have saved the lovely blue Pinaco here (it might have, that Nasuto was quite bloody), but it also gets very interesting as a base defense, because a few Pinacos will tank and kill threats while your other dinos will not be in danger. How did you not call the Herrera "Poison Ivy" ? XD She's poisonous AND green ! I'm so glad you keep doing these 100 Days videos with the modded creatures. I play with (most of) those mods and it's very rare to see gameplay videos that include them, even more when it comes to the now classic 100 Days challenge (this being said I realized I don't use Kami Creations and I'm going to remedy to that asap). Plus it's just such a nice change to see people fight bosses with a different set of creatures, for once. "But even in the darkness, we continued fighting". Your script is so much better when you make us feel the action, as opposed to when you simply narrate it ("I tamed X, I called it Z, I crafted arrows" etc.). It gets very powerful in those moments ! Keep up the good work :)

Eddy was pretty cool. Yeah I love Big Bang, I’ve been watching it every day for months now haha. Wow I never knew Pinas could do that! I saw the “start defending” option but I never knew that it did that! If I tame another one I’ll have to remember that. Poison Ivy would’ve been a good name! Toxicity was just what came to mind. Yeah Kami Creations is pretty cool, it adds the Skorpiovenator and some hybrid dinos like the Spinoraptor and Carnoraptor. Thanks for all the kind words, and thanks for the comment! I’ll try and keep making my scripts more descriptive too, thanks for the advice!
