I'd say most of it is insane rates and boosted stats. His tek rex had 35k hp after a few levels 😂 for context my rex has the same amount with 20 hp mutations + 10 levels put into it. He was level 80 very quickly also.

Or you could just fly around killing all the low levels when you know specific spawn locations and tame a high level once it eventually spawns.

I don't think you know how that works man all he did was raise the level cap by 30 levels that does not make high levels more common it just makes stronger dinos more common that and also what Felix said
