alsd isn’t an m1911, its a colt officer acp im pretty sure. there are many short barreled m1911’s but they were made for officers so I doubt any cowboys would’ve had one back then
first of all: damn this is good you need more subscribers when I clicked on the video I thought you were another channel with like 300k subs but when I saw the "1k" sub count I was amazed how a creator of such small audience can make a video of such quality 2nd: the editing, the little gags, the gameplay and commentary, generally absolutely everything in this video is amazing it is very high quality 3rd: the concept of a cowboy playthrough was a very good idea and you executed it better than I would've ever expected anyone to. Honestly bro I missed these videos. Many people don’t do this type of challenges in older fallout games such as NV or 3. I’m just grubbing and chilling just watching this masterpiece. Thank you for the video💯

My current run on New Vegas is a whole in game year lmao, I still have two dlc's and the rest of the main game. I have over 90 hours in one playthrough so far.
Channel deserves a ton more subs man. Not many are willing to put themselves through these types 100 days stuff in games like this. Excited to see a possible Fallout 4 Playthrough. Cheers

There's a mod team creating New Vegas in Fallout 4. It's been in the makin for a minute, tho, however, fallout london has released, and that's fun as shit!

Awesome video, really enjoyed it. It looks like you went from NVR to ENB at 26:18 which in all honesty, ENB in NV is just plain horrible to look at. Just a suggestion for future videos, if your PC is having a stroke because of NVR just don't use anything, and if you must, just use ReShade with MXAO, tonemapping, FXAA, FakeHDR and vibrance (these are all very easy to tweak) if you like that ENB look. you'll get practically 0 performance loss unless you're on a potato. Subbed and looking forward to more uploads :)
Ironically, I actually went ENB first which was shown right at the beginning then switched to NVR. Used a preset and had to then tweak it a bit with the lighting mods I had. Honestly, it was an absolute pain to even getting It looks nice. I change it again around day 50 or so. I had two conflicting lighting mods which is why it might look a bit weird earlier on. Hopefully in future vids it will be easier with more up to date mods with F4 and skyrim.

Same. I also pickpocket that sniper at novac for the holotape so I don't need to do come fly with me quest. I always learn more ways to get on the strip, like stealing the vangraff armor during quest lol.

I think I used armed to the teeth redux if your looking for the backpack where you can place your guns at the back. If it's later on, It's on the armour in the description .
This looks awesome, but wish he went with more of a realistic damage mod and not just very hard diff slider cuz Fallout/tES is terrible with those. Putting multiple rifle rounds into an NPCs head and them having like half health left is silly. Fallout 4-esque bullet sponges. And not great for conserving ammo as a survivalist cowboy! lol (video seems great tho, still watching)
Very true, it's why I added a mod half way through the playthrough to make it a bit more realistic in terms of damage. While others were more bullet sponges like the robots. Glad your enjoying it tho!

Silly question, but how did you edited damage threshold for this armor? Without performing changes, it qualifies as light armor with 30 DT, which is way too OP. Lowering it to 20 or lower would be fair, I don't want to completely broke the game.
@Dzugoslav ahh you are right. I agree 30 is way too OP. I used the GECK software that is free to download if you look it up for new vegas, I added in the Armour that way, placed it in the sass plant then you can lower the DT that way. Just have to find the item ID. Shouldn't take very long to edit.
@@necrodamus5481 run geck, click icon on the top left (icon of folder, this directory is called data) and select Remnant2Gunslinger plugin file, deselect all other files. click ok. once loading is complete, type into filter (top left) gunslinger, it will show you 5 files in total which refer to helmets and armor. Right click them and select edit. It will open for you the whole item properties. in the middle of the interface, there is DT value. Modify it as you see fit, just make sure after you are done you click ok and then save file in GECK option.
