Using Zamazenta as a ride Pokemon goes way too hard

i remember doing my own play through of pixelmon back in the day and quickly found out that killing the bosses that spawn with destiny bond was way overpowered

i have a special love for this mod i spend considerable hours completing the pokedex of this mod in a random server last year was alot of fun and i cherish the people at the end that helped me get the last couple legendaries i needed

The legendary Keegan J never disappoints

Great tip for any new pixelmon or hell even pokemon fans, Breloom is hands down one of if not the best pokemon catching pokemon. to add some context breloom can learn 2 moves that are key to make catching pokemon infintely easier namely false swipe and spore add in with the right ability poison heal and a toxic orb he also has a very strong passive heal. Now a short guide to make this work 1.get your self a false swipe tm, toxic orb and a shroomish with poison heal as its ability, bonus if you can also get one with decent ivs and evs for rather hp defence physical attack or speed is also decent but not needed sense your breloom will likely be max level when trying to complete the dex pretty much making him outspeed most pokemon that dont have insane base speed. 2.Level your shroomish to level 42 or 40 cant remember which, for spore and absolutely do not evolve him till he gets spore sense its the crux of his kit. 3.evolve him to a breloom and teach him the false swipe tm and for bonus survivability you can teach him giga drain for healing off trash pokemon. At this point you will have a shroomish that can drop pokemons hp to 1 (without risk of killing them) that can self heal passively and with proper evs take a hit and make false swipe less weak as well as put pokemon to sleep 100% of the time. Spore will also keep any more dangerous pokemon from being able to inflict any major damage to your breloom. Keep in mind he does not work well for ghost types sense they are immune to normal attacks but you can still use breloom to sleep ghost pokemon and have a pokemon use odor sleuth to make ghosts effected by normal attacks and just swap back to your shroomish to use false swipe or have a 2nd pokemon with odor sleuth and false swipe purely for ghosts. Breloom as a mainstay in my party for any pokemon game and pixelmon purely do to the insane utility he could bring for catching pokemon if raised right and can even make a fairly solid grass pokemon with a suprisingly versitile move list.

I would have chose Mudkip, not only is it adorable but it has decent stats in the early game as well and only having one weakness which is EASILY avoidable AND being strong against I good chunk of the gyms.

dmax raids are almost never gonna get caught with non master balls, unless these are pokemon with high catch rate, then it's a maybe. Unlike Sword and Shield where Dmax raids are almost always if not always easy catch

In pixelmon I’d choose charmander cuz I get a really easy ridable flying Pokémon that I can keep in my team and use, I love a couple other starters more like most of the water types, but specially pixelmon, I go with charmander, I’ll get my favourite ones later

Harder pixelmon suggestion: hardcore nuzlocke 100 days and you nned to catch 10 ultra beasts 250 pokemon catch 5 legendaries catch arceus and beat 2 legendary bosses
