There it tells you what rocks does it spawn in (going from memory - they're marble, quartzite, schist and some other one). Then, in another entry (probably in Geology) you can find the rocks under which the graphite rocks spawn. Then you look for those rocks' fronts, dig down occasionally, and spam propick. Alternatively, graphite rocks can be a top layer in mountain biomes, but i don't think you'll find graphite there, as it's supposed to spawn below y=60. Haven't tested that, though

It's funny clay is so tough to track down in this pack since the literal definition of loam means to have dirt that contains sand and clay. If you take loam and mix it into water, you can let the water settle a little to remove the dirt and sand. You pour off the water into another container and let it evaporate. Sure, it's time consuming but you can literally get clay from dirt. And what do we see here in your intro talking about iron? Loamy soil. And what the first block the cursor is hovering over after the intro? Loamy dirt path.

True the Modpack is dumb about that its sooo easy to make clay im prety sure even kaolinite clay could be primitively made since its just Al₂Si₂O₅(OH)₄ Like bro alumnium is 8.1% of fucking WEIGHT of the earth crust , After watching ALOT of primitive channels and playing Terrafirmacraft i found this Primitive Technology were he made Clay from Sedimentation , i made irl primitive way Clay , enough good maybe pure quality To roll in a O shape whitout breaking , i found a hard ground to dig whit a stick whit alot of Sparkling Minerals in it , i began to dig 2 holes , 1 bigger than the other -- elevation -- than i cleaned the hole thats down from dust and put my excess dirt in the hole thats up in elevation than i just poured water and kept doing it , the clay particles are just dirt but are just very very SMALL not visible to eye get carried by the water down into the hole , the rest Rocks and other heavy stuff remain at the bottom , and i did this a few times like 3 , and got enough clay to make a Cube thats as big as i guess 4 phone charges? ------ I should have stirred the water tho to make more clay particle move in the water and i should have wet the ground a bit cause it was to hard to dig , also if you mold it in a shape for easy storage and put it in a Damb place like sprinlking whit your fingers every 5 hours for like 4 times the shape and close the lid it will make the Clay so much PLASTIC it also feels amazing , i also found exactly were this river is Green-Blue clay that was SUPER HARD to dig the fuck out of it , But full of stones and had to let it Crack cause it was SO DENSE i wouldnt think it anything will come out of it , and it smelled funny

@SuperGuy250 17 дней назад
@@BenQ.-ys4kp You cant make a clay crucible atleast not a one you are mixxing ores for hours at 1500 degrees, You already have the Vessel for pouring metal into something or molds, Earth is made like from ALOT of Oxygen Silicates Aluminium and Iron , If you fire your basic clay at 700 it turns ceramic , at 1000+ it begins to vetrify, turning glassy, And after more temperature it begins to loose its shape and to crack , you need a non cracking, non reactive, non stick, non melting crucible Graphite and Kaolinite have good structures that dont melt even at high temperatures, even if aluminium melts at 660 Kaolinite if you melt Kaolinite (Alumnium Silica) at 1500 you transform it in mulltite which is like a ceramic but it aint , can stop 1850C or close before it even starts to melt.

Neurotic Goose is already doing a GT:NH series by starting from nothing and he's starting to notice just how ungodly the grind gets in that pack, that and it takes him days to record footage for a single video with most of it being cut out anyways since most of it isn't of much substance. The only thing keeping his GT:NH series alive is likely his sense of humor, but humor alone won't be enough to keep a long-standing series going without cutting a lot of corners. I think what stands out to me about these two videos that I think made them blow up is the good audio quality and the concise way you speak. What makes me turn off 90% of minecraft videos is poor mic quality and really meandering dialogue. You practically never "um, uh" so the content doesn't fade into background noise. I would attribute their success to your effort and preparation, no need to give god all the credit.

bruh I'm absolutely giving God credit, you mention no "um, uh" but thats literally half my vocabulary when I'm not making videos, I know a lot of the people making these comments are Atheists just trying to give me credit and support but I want to glorify God and I'm a staunch Presbyterian who's not gonna change my mind on who's in charge. Thanks anyways, I just have a strong opinion on this but I dont want to come off too harsh

Clay is a type of fine-grained natural soil material containing clay minerals (hydrous aluminium phyllosilicates, e.g. kaolinite, Al2Si2O5(OH)4). Most pure clay minerals are white or light-coloured, but natural clays show a variety of colours from impurities, such as a reddish or brownish colour from small amounts of iron oxide. A Quaternary clay deposit in Estonia, laid down about 400,000 years ago Clays develop plasticity when wet but can be hardened through firing. Clay is the longest-known ceramic material. Prehistoric humans discovered the useful properties of clay and used it for making pottery. Some of the earliest pottery shards have been dated to around 14,000 BCE, and clay tablets were the first known writing medium. Clay is used in many modern industrial processes, such as paper making, cement production, and chemical filtering. Between one-half and two-thirds of the world's population live or work in buildings made with clay, often baked into brick, as an essential part of its load-bearing structure. Clay is a very common substance. Shale, formed largely from clay, is the most common sedimentary rock. Although many naturally occurring deposits include both silts and clay, clays are distinguished from other fine-grained soils by differences in size and mineralogy. Silts, which are fine-grained soils that do not include clay minerals, tend to have larger particle sizes than clays. Mixtures of sand, silt and less than 40% clay are called loam. Soils high in swelling clays (expansive clay), which are clay minerals that readily expand in volume when they absorb water, are a major challenge in civil engineering. The defining mechanical property of clay is its plasticity when wet and its ability to harden when dried or fired. Clays show a broad range of water content within which they are highly plastic, from a minimum water content (called the plastic limit) where the clay is just moist enough to mould, to a maximum water content (called the liquid limit) where the moulded clay is just dry enough to hold its shape. The plastic limit of kaolinite clay ranges from about 36% to 40% and its liquid limit ranges from about 58% to 72%. High-quality clay is also tough, as measured by the amount of mechanical work required to roll a sample of clay flat. Its toughness reflects a high degree of internal cohesion. Clay has a high content of clay minerals that give it its plasticity. Clay minerals are hydrous aluminium phyllosilicate minerals, composed of aluminium and silicon ions bonded into tiny, thin plates by interconnecting oxygen and hydroxide ions. These plates are tough but flexible, and in moist clay, they adhere to each other. The resulting aggregates give clay the cohesion that makes it plastic. In kaolinite clay, the bonding between plates is provided by a film of water molecules that hydrogen bond the plates together. The bonds are weak enough to allow the plates to slip past each other when the clay is being moulded, but strong enough to hold the plates in place and allow the moulded clay to retain its shape after it is moulded. When the clay is dried, most of the water molecules are removed, and the plates hydrogen bond directly to each other, so that the dried clay is rigid but still fragile. If the clay is moistened again, it will once more become plastic. When the clay is fired to the earthenware stage, a dehydration reaction removes additional water from the clay, causing clay plates to irreversibly adhere to each other via stronger covalent bonding, which strengthens the material. The clay mineral kaolinite is transformed into a non-clay material, metakaolin, which remains rigid and hard if moistened again. Further firing through the stoneware and porcelain stages further recrystallizes the metakaolin into yet stronger minerals such as mullite.

A good tip for anything temperature / precipitation based: temperature goes up by going south and precipitation goes up by going east, so you just have to go south-east until you met whatever conditions what you are searching for requires and then search arround. Also for anyone that is fooled by the TFC guide: Kaolinite clay is not guaranteed to spawn on the surface, it can be some blocks deep in the ground, so when you find the blood lilies just dig down and arround.
