This is wild. The swarms of bots running in fear. How is the game economy even still functioning at all? Does all this GP just sit in deathmatcher banks or what
Jagex don't care about bots they embrace them for membership money imo. I see the same bots all the time with mass xp in skills RC bots with the capes at edge Hunter bots with capes at chins Rev bots everywhere and that's only in the wildy. No matter how many times they get reported they're still there day in day out same bots.
Seeing how Jagex has made absolutely no progress towards combating the numerous bot farms, it wouldn't surprise me if the entire situation was an inside job. Imagine if just 2 mods were running most of the farms and were not being penalized because it boosted the player count. That or they just haven't been caught yet.
Possible, but isn't it also just as likely that a newly made account, if funded with, idk, 500k, could go from brand new, to farming revs in 12 hours or less? So even if every bot reported was banned, it could be replaced by the end of the work day
People make some crazy money Botting. Third world country if you can get good PC's you could make money. Anytime I killed bots there is always eventually some angry spanish guy yelling at me
We know they don't have customer support but they praised themselves for their cutting edge customer support on social media. We know if they don't combat botting properly but their own Jmods lie on streams and say the issues complicated. No it's not when have we seen live bot busting where they've hired even two people two check all worlds and bust farms in real time. Tbf look at the Jmods we have, they look like they would accept whatever their employers told them no question. No balls.
I was at revs looking to kill bots this morning and the caves were completely empty. Something happened, and honestly I'm kind of sad they're gone lol. It was my money printer
They’ll be back. They rotate accounts and likely got a ban wave. Give it a week or so and they’ll be full again. Also try hunting during times that USA players are on since they make up the majority of players

For some kf the bots you will still get teleblock but on tic they can teleport still. This is circumvented by dragon spear speccing and do it AS they get a kill and loot appears in 1min

Great video! Although the amount of deaths with half an invent of brews left did hurt a bit lol. Maybe you could try with elite void instead of ahrims? Less risk and very good dps, even less tanky but since you're mostly going for bots that should be fine. Gotta remember to parch it though!
Jagex probably turned their bot detection system off so the playercount is hyper inflated to fool people looking to purchase the company. Either that or some jmod on the bot team / anticheat team is corrupt AGAIN.
Think you’d be better off using normal spell book with tele block and snare (or whatever it’s called) and using fire blast with tome. Then they’re less likely to be able to tele away
Not really. If you were to make a brand new account and give it a bond along with 500K, it would take less than 12 hours time playing it legitimately to get it to the point where it could kill revenants. What they need to do is apply the requirement that they said on the last man standing mini game to the revenant caves. But as it was shown in this video the caves went from overly populated in every world for every spot, to completely empty overnight. They are definitely banning loads of bots every single day, but as soon as they try to automate the process, legitimate players fall victim to the system. In my opinion, these bots that only try to farm gold are only affecting people who care about real world trading and the price of RuneScape gold. It's nowhere near as bad as the old days where you couldn't even kill Slayer monsters without having to bring wind strike to try and attack the monster before bots swarmed it. That was a real problem... Nowadays people are just mad that bots can do high level bosses and make money from it, but can't say why that is a problem or legitimately affecting players in any way 🤷. Unless these bot farms start doing something like ddosing the servers or making it so people can't play the game, people shouldn't be crying about them... I bet a lot of the people who are are the people that went and trained their mining level so they could mine rune rocks only to find out they are always depleted and blame it on bots 🤣. News flash, it's not their fault that there is some node of a rare resource put in the game with the most absurd respawn rate.
I wouldn't bother pking the bots if i lost half of it to other pkers especially ones that attack you 20 levels above you. thats just to annoying when you die to a player that isn't better but just has a stat advantage makes the game feel like a pay to win game. thats why i quit pking in like 2015. pking on anything other than pures isn't fast paced enough to be that fun and sometimes its slightly to fast
Why do bots demotivate you? They're usually doing things most people with a pulse couldn't bare to do... and in those videos case, are doing things that legit players can commandeer for their participation of risky activities. Unless you care about RuneScape black market gold prices, bots don't hurt anyone these days.
